I am also a returning customer and really like all the new developments including the hiring of Blake. My concern is that, in some cases, you are releasing products that are still not fully functional or have problems. I bought the $500 EVP Elite Member package only to find out the it does not work with Macs. Now, until you fix this problem, I have a product that is unless to me and can’t promote as it is does not serve my customer base. Please be more patient in the future to wait until your products are ready for the market.

I’m not sure if the test was complete. What would Blake do if he found a half-eaten bag of Cheesies? Until you know how he would handle that situation, you really don’t know how he’ll react in an adverse situation.
