GVO Conference launch and how to protect your interests legally!!

Hey Everyone,

We are ready and set for the pre launch of GVO Conference to start this coming Wednesday September 8th in just six days!!. Be sure to watch out for an email from me so that you can get involved in the pre launch :D As this product is truly going to take the internet by storm!!

That said, after moving our data center from Canada to Texas, I have to come to learn how different the laws are here.. so yes we have covered our legal tails so that after this product launches we wont get into trouble with some technical or legal flaw. As one of my good friends told me "Here in the USA, if someone thinks you have money, they will try to sue you"

Here is the nice part, along with some legal counseling I was able to keep us on the straight and narrow for quite an inexpensive amount.

Here is a legal package I HIGHLY recommend (just click here). It is the same legal package we purchased to keep us above board during this launch.

Now I don't want this blog to sound "negative" I just want you to know that it is a really, really a good idea to cover your butts legally before starting your internet empire :D

    Great work with the tabs etc on your blog. You might want to check two things though –

    1) On the testimonial page, Joel’s name is spelled as Theien

    2) The dates for the San Antonio workshop are listed as Oct 14/15/16 – PLEASE tell me they’re really 15/16/17!

    I do like what you guys are doing and what you are producing with GVO.

    But if I may, wanted to add a very useful link about the FTC.

    This link will be very useful for everyone to understand about the guide lines with the FTC, yes you should always protect yourself and your business…..The FTC has been getting a ton of question sent to them about the changes, so they are providing a lot of answers on this useful link.

    I cannot purchase the legal package right now, but as soon as I am able to I will do so.

    I’m excited about the pre-launch of GVOC too!

    I also noticed Jeno’s observation in the Coming Soon tab that inside the big gold star it says the Pre-launch is Sept. 6. That must be where Mike got that date he mentioned a couple blogs back. LOL

    On today’s blog we talk abot about two very
    important things..

    1. The up and coming Pre-Launch of G.V.O. conference on 8th September. Please do come.

    2. How we covered our butts legally for this launch and how
    you should really cover your butt too!!

    The FTC rules have changed quite a bit, you could even go to
    JAIL just for recommending someone else product and not disclosing
    that you make a commission.

    Imagine the mess in affiliate marketing if you do not get set up
    properly in the first place.

    I think Mike Filsaime says somewhere that an average person in the United States faces between five and seven lawsuits during his/her life.

    I know it may be like that, but to a norwegian something like that sounds totally outrageous. I suppose we norwegians are more like the canadians in that way. I’m 56 years old now, and have been in business for more than 25 years, without ever having been sued for anything.

    So, in my view, what he mentions show how very unhealthy attitudes rules the US society in this area. Of course it also might go back on some entreprenours employing rather frivolous business practices.

    Anyway, when it comes to this area in life I’m so happy that I don’t live in the states.
