Two new things for you to share today.
First: We have over 400 people in queue to import your lists from reliable mail providers like Aweber, GetResponse, Icontact, Mailchimp etc. We are putting a team together around that now, pls give us some time to get those imports done for you.
Second: We added a new affiliate URL for you to invite your guests to the live calls :-) Be sure to invite people to tomorrow night's call as we have Facebook marketing queen Michelle Pescosolido as our guest of the evening! She is amazing and you won't want to miss this call.

Below is the criteria for importing your lists from other providers.

We are a company built by internet marketers for internet marketers. We understand the unique challenges within the industry. The sustainability of the quality of our service is paramount to the success of our business as well as our customers. The terms below are to protect you from those who choose to exploit our service effecting everyone. Do not mislead us with attempts to bring in bad lists. We will not accept any reason for mistakes or give you a second chance to import another list if your list is bad. If you have fantastic lists in the system already and you give us a bad list..we will shut your account down.
YOUR MAIL WILL COMPLY WITH THE GUIDELINES OUTLINED IN THE CAN-SPAM ACT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHUT YOU DOWN WITHOUT REFUND FOR SERVICES IF YOU ATTEMPT TO EXPLOIT OUR SYSTEM. WE WILL PRESENT EVIDENCE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT TO PROSECUTE YOU. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES.

*If you can not meet these basic requirements, don’t ask.. we will not import. Please be patient the initial import will take 48-72 hours to process.
1. The ONLY reputable mail service providers we will import from are: Aweber,Getresponse
and Mailchimp. (we may add others later on)
2. You must provide us with the log in to your existing email account. Our designated import team members will log directly into your account and do their diligence.
3. Your list must have been mailed at least 7 days prior to the export. If you have just mailed today you will need to wait 7 days.
4. When your list is imported, it will go through a process which measures certain criteria. If the import reaches these thresholds we will simply deny import. Clean your list first!
5. We will import the list as we see fit based on results. We will require that we import a portion of the list. We will ask you to mail these people and wait 7 days for results. We may request thison a second portion of the list as well.
6. If your responder is suspended please submit a ticket requesting a review of your account. Please be advised that our system will suspend based on volume criteria as well and may not mean you have breached our complaint thresholds. We will promptly review your account. If your account is in order and compliant we will re-activate services.
7. If you are suspended or shut down due to abuse you will be able to use the other services contained in your account. We will not refund any fees for services including upgrades for subscribers no matter what the term. The regular account will be closed once you confirm your intentions via a support ticket from your members area. We reserve the right to shut down your account at anytime. You will lose any commissions owed to this account if shut down for abuse.
8. After 60 broadcasts or 90 days we encourage you to reaffirm with your list clarifying who you are and that they had opted in to get mail from you. This can be added at the top of one of your broadcasts. Advise them in a friendly way that you appreciate their opt in but reminding them they can opt out anytime at the unsubscribe at the bottom of the page. This is a good way to avoid breaching our thresholds which will suspend your mail services.
9. When you submit your ticket please provide the following information.
1. Confirm that you have read and understand our TOS and can-spam.
2. The name of service you wish to export from.
3. The username and log in to the list source account.
4. The name of the campaign and any details required to locate the proper list.
5. The name of the campaign you have created within the responder within our service
you wish to have the list imported to.
