Hey Team.
I paused for a moment before I started to write this blog, and the reason is because I was reflecting not back but forward. Today is different, today is the day that I declare that we are going from “Good” to “Great”
GVO & Pureleverage.com has had it’s both amazing times and well not so amazing times. Pureleverage launched last March and on the very first day alone we welcomed 10 000 new members.
As they say, be careful and also prepared for what you wish for, as that day one also caused us to wake up on day two with almost 4000 help desk tickets. Over night our help desk went form a stellar 1 hour response time to a pathetic 7 day response time!!
Those days are gone, and only extremely bright days are ahead. We have added on another 30 staff and over the past 4 months things have been smooth sailing!
So what do I mean by smooth sailing?
- All of our tools, the auto responder, the blog, the video streaming the conference room etc are working perfectly!
- We are now back to a response time of 1 hour in our help desk.
- We are like clockwork, paying commissions every Friday 🙂
As I said in the video above, my biggest challenge the past few years was finding the right people to share our vision, people who treat GVO & Pureleverage.com as if it was their own business. We have those people now.. it has taught me a lot about hiring slow and firing fast…
2013 was our best year yet, but it pales in comparison to what 2014 will bring. It is amazing how much smoother things run when you do have the right people who share your vision!
So begins a new chapter for GVO & Pureleverage.com
Team.. there is no other company out there with tools that you can really bring to the masses.. Our tool suite is something that every business absolutely NEEDS today or they are doomed for failure!
So with that said. PLEASE join me live here in San Antonio for our one year Anniversary of Pureleverage.com. I have a very strong vision that I want to share with you all, a vision, and a path that will get us from “Good” to “Great” to 300 million per year and beyond.
