The video upload feature looks awesome. I’ve got a couple that I’ve NOT wanted to upload to U-Tube just because of that redirect back to their site.
I live on the Pacific Coast….. can you Ring Me so I’ll be awake for the Beta Test? 7 a.m. is early…….. just kidding, of course. I’ll be there.
The Social Networking OMP is going to be the best.The interfaces on other SNS are SO loaded with animated ads and bloated javascript that the pages squirm, wiggle and jump around trying to load. I just don’t enjoy visiting them.

What type of videos will the uploader accept? Do they have to be flash? If so, SWF or FLV? Or, will the uploader will convert them to flash? This are very important features.
Will the video uploader become a separate program from the communitybuilder? So that I can build private video blogs without posting it in the communitybuilder? I hope so….

Thank you to answering questions.
I have zip files with video files sitting in my files on cPanel, do you have an instruction video on how to open the zip and place its contents in a folder in public_html without having to download the zip and upload individual files – so time consuming – opening the zip online seems to only display its contents and are not accessible!

I have tried the new HC several times using Flock and have not been able to log in. Could it be the server is not always online?

Probably will attend the beta test. Will be at 4 pm here in Norway.
Also took part in the test last Tuesday for a while. I liked the product so far.
Will try to take a look at the Video Upload Tool / Community Builder too.

I visited my members area after viewing the video an am exploring the new AddVideo feature. Somehow I ended up in the Community. I seem to have administrative access to this Community, including the ability to delete the profiles of the folks who’ve already joined the community, among other things. So, I have lots of questions. Where can I find out more about the Community, what it is, what privileges I have with it, what I can do with it, and who else has access to what I do. If this is a Kiosk proprietary Community, I shouldn’t have administrative access to it, should I?

Another question…
Will current room configurations carry over to the new system, or will everyone need to re-configure their conference rooms once the Flash conference rooms are deployed? I used to be a HotConference 5-room owner, but dropped my membership because I was not using it as I thought I would. I do have a 3-seat conference room with my Kiosk Titanium plan. Should I wait to configure it, or should I go ahead and begin the configuration. I use a Mac most often, which is one reason I dropped the HC membership years ago. I’m DELIGHTED that the new conference program is Mac accessible and want to begin using my 3-seater right away. Advice?

Thanks for the Monday update. Great news on the CommunityBuilder and HC Flash version.
The CommunityBuilder will offer very good marketing material for everyone!
The HC Flash opens up a larger market audience now that it will support other platforms outside of Windows. Finally a solution for Mac.
Will there be more Camtasia video help with these new benefits and marketing?

Joel… all looks great. I was unable to attend the Beta test for the HotConference this am… how did it go? Where there any challenges?
Two questions:
1. Video uploader – does this upload the videos to our server or a central streaming video server?
2. Hot Conference – when is the estimated launch date for users?

Appears to be some confusion on the time zones. Just to muddy the waters it’s not Eastern Standard Time it is Eastern Daylight Time.

Just wonder if Dedicated Server members are classified with Titanium members so receive the same perks.
