What can I do to make our program better for you? Your feedback please.

Hi Team,

The hardest thing that I do is trying to see our programs through the eyes of someone band new. When you do something for 17 years it comes naturally. When it comes so naturally, it is hard to see how to make it better for the new person.

Better meaning.. how can I make our program:

• more simple to understand
• easier to use and understand
• easier to duplicate

Please leave me your feedback on how we can do things “better” because we are better 🙂
