Why there is so much “hype” around Pureleverage.com and GVO!

Hey Team!,

I admit it.. I am not much of a hype guy, I believe a company creates hype, not a person of affiliate..

Read on you will see what I mean..

Could we grow faster if I was a bit more “hypey”

Maybe, but again maybe not..

I do know this for sure.., we would not be as big as we are now and we would not have such a rock solid customer base year after year if your company Pureleverage and GVO was based solely on hype..

In fact.. here is a very cool stat for you!!

Our TOP marketers are also true clients!!

1. Mack Zidan, our number 1 affiliate (by total sales volume)
uses our Auto responder religiously!

2. Mike Filsaime, our first true Interment Marketing
client has a whole rack of servers with us.

3. Prosperity team, Ben, Adam, Matt and Mike and their
whole downlines use our auto responder and have their
websites hosted with us…

4. Mark Call, uses all our tools ALL the time!

5. Russell Brunson has a rack of servers here too!!

6. Joel Peterson’s amazing Simple Money System also
integrates ALL of our tools..

7. Jeff Johnson has servers here..

I could go on for hours, how some of the top internet marketers
use our services and do not care if they make a penny with us!!

Now..

It’s not just top marketers, over 320 000 people use our services every single day!

All they want is a really good service filled with VALUE!!

Value will create hype, it does every time!!
The biggest billion dollar corporations built their companies because of great VALUE…

1. Walmart
2. McDonalds
3. Godaddy
4. Amazon

To name a few…

So let me come back around to the “hype” side of things..

As a verb hype is defined as…

verb: promote or publicize (a product or idea) intensively, often exaggerating its importance or benefits.

So to promote or to publicize.. in my terms it means to “get people talking” to get people to become your evangelists or raving fans..

So when you create value, the hype comes on it’s own, and well I do not need to be a “hype” guy as we have a “hype” company..

People are talking about us everywhere! Where else can you get..

1. An amazing auto responder service

2. A great online presence with your authority blog
3. Video streaming and email services
4. An amazing conference software to close your prospects..
5. The very best coaching online..

And more…

All for just $25.00 a month!!! You simply can’t. Then combine that with 100% commissions payout!

So you see, our VALUE creates our hype! Show people the value presented in Pureleverage.com and GVO and you will generate an amazing income, it is that simple..

Focus on value, and your prospects will come!

Please leave me your feedback here on my blog as I am always listening!

  • Joel:
Your point is well taken. Value is by far, always, the way to go,
For me, well my online skills are limited, I am still ..step by step. So having Value, even
a cart choked full of it still has to be absorbed bit by bit.  The experienced will gobble
it down in a gulp; but I personally chose Value kept Simple.
Thank You for keeping it simple.
I can only write for myself, but  K I S S is real VALUE, overboard.
    Morris

  • I love the value of PL and that is why I promote it to everyone. I don’t really promote a whole lot lately, but Pure Leverage is still one that I am still proud to share.

  • You are right, you guys are always there for their clients, and you make us feel important. You never over deliver and keep your promises, and that is what counts on the long run.
You are also keeping everything so simple to understand, and that is also important for people  that are just beginning.
    Thank you guys so much.
    Sumaya.

  • Good video Joel.

  • Hi Joel,
Very well said and I can not agree with you more! Word of mouth advertising is still the #1 way to advertise anything because it comes from real people that have had a great experience with you and your business. I will not recommend anything unless I have personally used the product and I love it – then I will tell the world with no problem.
Thanks for being you Joel, and all that you do!
    Marilyn

  • My comment is “when you talk people listen”  Thanks…

  • HYPE — It’s a great reminder. Thank you.

  • Hi Joel. Jose here;
and  yes your products are the best on the internet marketing  and the price are excellent for a new internet marketing like me.
    Thank you for your honesty!

  • One of the nice things about you Joel as well as most of the presenters that were at the Pure Leverage Freedom event in Las Vegas is that you talk like a regular guy.  My acting training spent a lot of emphasis on just being authentic.  Most people are more attracted to that than hype.

  • hallo mr joel  i am more time trying you

  • Thank joel ! !
Your blog is key eye opening and purely true. Make poeple understand
whats realy important in our considering whats right or wrong.

    Thank you

  • There is no good nor bad. Life is about experience, love, and you are the creator. Level your thoughts and be positive and creative.

  • Joel, absolutely agree with you. I would like to add that very important is the attitude of MEMBER (GVO or any other  platform). I prefer to be a member through having my OWN BUSINESS in GVO! And of course i have to use all tools in GVO. And using myself those tools i’m in the position of “hype” instead of “underhype”

  • I agree, value wins every time but importantly it sticks Hype and they move.

  • Sonia here I totally understand  what you are saying and I agree people prefer to get what they hear and if the value is more they will be happier, especially with all the products, services and benefits …you have a reputable company and  it SHINES!!
    Sonia Lee

  • I have been in and out of opportunities over the last few years but this has to be the best for value and simplicity to use and is always the one that I promote on a daily basis.  It is all down to the KLT factor and that is why we love working with Joel.

  • Hi Joel
I want to ask some question from you.. how i can start with your system…step by step
    Regard.
    Cambodia People

  • There is a lot of hype going on on the internet sad to say but I feel its not the hype your dealing with its  your company has become webbed. you have intertwined with highest and down to the quietest extremes that has everyone using what you got that is important to whom ever uses it. They need or want what you got for as low as promised. The hype out there on the internet is bad they promise they got what you need and when purchased, you only got a foot in the door to really use whatever it is you have to purchase more and that is not how you do internet maybe at first because you confused a user but later you will fall as promised by what you put out there., its almost like karma…   smile awhile

  • Amasing Show people the value presented in Pureleverage.com and GVO
thery good presentation and people be ther with you a real friends relationchip
at the top bussines pureleverage & gvo

  • Completely agree! The “hype” comes from all of
your satisfied customers! Like you said, (and I am paraphrasing), the products
ARE what they claim to be and then some.
In my eyes, that’s EXCITEMENT… 🙂 You have a really excited
customer base (me included). When I find something awesome, I like to talk
about it and share it with others, as do a lot of people…
But the thing is… your products DON’T EVEN NEED to be hyped
up! At these prices? Pfffsshh, Why not get in and see for yourself!? lol
    Nice post, bud!
    Keep being awesome!

  • Ive just looked at your main  Competitor Company which is  huge on hype—but seems to be very much worse on delivery.

  • Well said! Having integrity is very important in the long run. You can only over hype once or twice before everybody catches on. It’s true value that people stay for. Thank you and your team for your friendship.
    Steve–

  • Joel I am a new member of GVO and still tryiny to familiarize myself with Affliate Marketing. There is one thing I do recognize and that is value.I velieve your services at a low price will be invaluable ingrowing my SFI business.

  • Joel,
Very good and yes I believe some hype is good, but too much is bad. Very well said and I like you am not a hype kind of guy. Very well said!

  • Well just put some love over the value bro, remember the verse ? in everything you do put love first and he will guide you and crown your effort w/ success ..

  • Very well said, I think most people would rather here less hype and have more value this prevents resentment when one feel that it is just not working, and you tend to hang in there a little longer to see that you can really make you business work. Believe it or not all that hype affects you mentally and physically it could cause depression and more failure if you can’t fulfill the requirement of the excessive hyping.

  • I agree with you Joel, 100%. Hype is something that comes natural to a product / service of value. I personally
LOVE the GVO autoresponders better then any other place, including GR
and AW. Your deliverability rates are 5x better and I get more opens and
more clicks then with the other guys. I will always be a customer as
    long as I’m emailing 🙂

  • Pure Leverage is still one that I am still proud to share.

  • Hello Joel!
I’m one of your subscribers with Pureleverage and GVO.
My anxiety is about the fact that I have no profit with this. How can I proceed to start making money online with your program. I’m convinced I can really help but how?
    Thanks a lot.
    Frank T.

  • Right i agree

  • Don’t believe the hype and go with the good guys.  They give you all you need to start.  Of course you will be tempted to get other things along the way, but all those will just be adders to or just wasted dollars.
    Thanks guys!

  • Joel,
Thank you for allowing me to comment on your post, I am truly humbled.
I must say that I have watched GVO over the years and I have seen how hard you work. With PureLeverage, I knew that you would be putting together nothing but true value! You referenced a few large corporations; McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, Godaddy and Amazon as companies who built themselves on the value each company provides for their clients. Just as GVO/PureLeverage has provided tremendous value for clients BUT, I would like to take a slightly different viewpoint of the “hype” factor….
What GVO and PL has done is rare in business these days! Just as McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, GoDaddy and Amazon perfected over the years, GVO and PL has perfected as well…being companies that are EXPERIENCE MAKERS not just plain old order takers! That is why there is “hype”. Yes, providing value is mandatory but, combined with making unique experiences, that my friend is what makes legends!
Keep on Keep’in on and Thank you for persevering!

  • Hi Joel, I am soooo new to this Internet Marketing and I am under using what you have to offer as of yet but I am coming along little by little. I want so bad to get busy with all the tools and training you have available. It is almost overwelming when you are new and you get so much. I am learning and look forward to becoming one of your greatest success stories of helping a beginner create a new life.

  • I’m impressed….
I’ve known about you Joel and Co for quite awhile and I’ve always been impressed with the value and platform you have.
Hype and lies in the marketplace and anywhere are plentiful.
What you have here is special.

  • Hi I believe that GVO has great products the day it wil implememnt sms marketing on it’s tools will be even greater. Thanks for everything yuo do. Sergio

  • There are two diverting forces meeting in networkmarketing.
    1. people want to grow there team by talking to peoples dreams about financial freedom, ferraies etc. and not telling the story about hard work.
    2. people getting started realizing that it is hard work for several month or years to get there and then felling that they got in on falls promises.
As you mention, its the up-lines job to inform about what it takes. If this is to mutch to get people to sign up, they can at least tell it to the people after they have signed. 😉

Hi Joel, there are so many systems out there today that make things so difficult people just end up quitting. So I agree that value and simplicity is what counts more than anything. We are not all computer wizards. You do a great job so just keep being yourself, I hate those hypey sales pages about mansions, cars etc..

    • srw2202 Agreed, most do not know a thing about the internet, wait until you see our blueprint coming.. Alot of people say Ok I just joined now what? Well the EXACT now what is coming!!

  • Hi Joel
and to All GVO / PL Team
I was with GVO PL in the early days. I left and now back again. In my opinion they have so much to give and share with their members. I am not only excited but determined to achieve my goals with their help.

I appreciate so much being a member.
Thanks Joel for being so kind and with humility!

  • How is to U to speak from your heart and do things without caring what people think but rather what is right in behalf of people?

    • Izabella4321 I have learned the Higher the levels the Higher the Devils, I will do my best to make everyone happy, but you can not. some people are just too negative to be honest.. As long as you know you are doing your best that is all that counts

  • Yea there is a fine Trick in Marketing Positive Hype I see as a good thing ,going to have to watch your video again to under the question, Always Thought its What you Make it

  • Hi Joel I’m Daniel from Argentina GVO and PURE LEVERAGE, my id is both is danieldfs, I would like to work more with you from Argentina, so count me in, average work 6 hours a day promoting GVO, I’m very happy with you. clubdenegocios2010@gmail.com

  • Joel. Agree 100%. My success started from modeling successful people. The first “squeeze page” I clicked on and bought something from, belonged to was Mike Filsame. That led me to GVO, and you. I hate squeeze pages, but they work. Took me a while to believe in what works rather than reinvent the wheel, ( had to be “my wheel.) lol
I learned to be brief, unique, and focus on the end-user’s needs.

    • maginleym Haha I agree and I have tried to re invent the wheel too many times, success leaves clues, I have learned to follow them

  • Hi Joel,
You are talking about “value” in biz, sometime we forget to analyze what will people say about “what we promote”. The important  thing is try to make every thing we say accordingly to the value we promote, no more no less. Let your client justify you, if it over exaggerating your client will leave you. sorry my English not so good.  Taufik

  • I actually think there is a difference between hype and
buzz. Where hype is the negative and
buzz is the positive. Hype is forced, with ads & faked videos to try to
make a company glow for a few seconds and reap the rewards. However, buzz is
the natural one with the company building up to something over time. This is
how we get the likes of GVO, HTP, PL and 7MWO for instance. Keep on buzzing by
being transparent in good and bad times.

  • I like your insights and agree totally. My issue is I have joined many “opportunities” some with low hype, some with high. I have worked the plans to the letter and spent thousands of dollars and worked countless hours and have never made a dime and have not been able to grow a list. I really wish I could find something that actually produces the results promised by the hype, whether low or high.

  • Hi Joel. A humble opinion but an opinion nonetheless; As an outsider it is refreshing to see someone who ‘get’s it’ when it comes to expectations, legitimate creation of hype and something that all to often is an afterthought: Value.
As I listened to your video and then read your blog, you triggered three important thoughts which have been drilled into me in business. You mentioned the importance of managing customer expectations. You are not the only one in your organization who needs to do that every minute of every day.  Every employee needs to be on board with this concept because in an office environment alone someone in a cubicle can have 20 different ‘Customers’ in front of them over the course of a day. Those ‘Customers’  may be co-workers from different departments and if these employees are not on the same page as far as meeting delivery dates etc. well, we all know what happens and who it ultimately hurts. The ability to identify who your customers are quickly and adapt to that change without a misstep is something that can be taught if it is emphasized often enough.
Taking the approach of under promising but over delivering is an absolutely brilliant yet seemingly passive aggressive marketing style. You know that your client(s) is about to test or see for the first time something that is going to blow them away thereby building yet again another newly poured foundation for raving fans. If GVO I PL builds it they will come. It’s apparent to me that the professionals in your industry watch your business model and principles and you are not afraid to share or to seek out comments and critiques and that is to be commended.
Finally…Value.  Everything has value, doesn’t it? But how do we measure value? A toy’s value that just came off the production line onto a store shelf can be determined fairly easily. Inclusive of production costs, how much are consumers willing to pay? However, I have glanced down to Mr. Mark Houck’s comments and he references things that clients don’t normally see: business tools, training, support.  When you wrote about Value, I was reminded of an old, but not dead economic theory called the “Rule of marginal utility.” It’s not complicated at all. Basically Utility=Value. Utility is marginalized because the same product or service can’t mean exactly the same thing to every individual so a prudent businessman does not ask two people how much he / she would pay for that product and then set the price at the higher of the two. That’s not just overpricing, it’s under delivering. You may or may not have heard of the Law of Marginal Utility before but you certainly understand it and explain it very well in your blog. Very impressed and looking forward to your next one.

    • ScottyJoyce Scott thanks for sharing, means alot to me. We have some well educated people here it looks like 🙂

  • I love the value of PL and that is why I promote it to everyone. I don’t
really promote a whole lot lately, but Pure Leverage is still one that I
    am still proud to share.
    Regards
    NIJEESH

  • Brilliant been happy with PL, have customer’s needs at heart and do provide value big time, thanks Joel

  • Hi Joel
    I have been
in customer services for over 20 years. This is my experience. Yes I agree you
create hype around your company brand name, products and services. These three
go together. The latter being the most important department in the whole
company. This I discovered when I did research into one major multi-million
dollar retail store. Now just keep this in mind; other retail stores are
selling the same quality products. Yet this retail store out performed all the
    others. Why?
    The takeoff
of these three happens when the customer becomes hyped about the front end
service leading to buying the products, then the after sales services, then the
    company brand name.
    Break down
of percentages on a survey done, was the Company brand name 20%, Products 20%
and customer services 60%. If customers are not happy with the services they
receive from a company, they simply won’t go back there again. Despite how
    great the products are.
    I have done
a research document for Chevron Texaco. They wanted to know why it is that
Mobil is always No1 in the market. Yet they are selling the same quality
products as Mobil. When I gave them my findings, they could see where they are
lacking. That was in their customer services. Chevron was performing in the
market at 20%. Mobil overall was 100%. Then they offered me a contract to
increase their performance percentage. And I raised it from 20% to 60%. All
based on changing the strategy of customer services.
    OK Back to
Pure Leverage. A happy customer will now go all out on viral advertising for
the company. Example: A customer will say to a friend:“Did you see
Pure Leverage’s products for only $24.95 per month? They provide real value for
your money.”…Friend:“That sounds good! But what is your experience about there after sales services?”…Customer:“Excellent! I
emailed them the other day and they responded shortly after. You should check
it out!” … Friend: “You sound so excited. I will definitely have to
check it out. You are getting me hyped up.”
    Now in this
example the customer is creating that hype towards the friend. And that is the
same for us as Affiliate Marketers. If we don’t create that hype and usage of
the products and services about Pure Leverage, then the next Marketer is not
going to be interested at all. Other Internet Marketers would want to know
about our experience with the products, services and commission structure,
before they will decide to sign up with Pure Leverage.
    Thanks                                                                                                                                                           Nadeem

  • The benefits of GVO and Pure Leverage are:  100% Commissions, which means more money in your pocket when you sell the Pure Leverage system to your list or website readers. If you are a member of our team then you will be pleased to know that GVO integrates seamlessly with our team system which means you can earn commissions passively. You will get the tools that you need to use into your business already that makes it a big reason why you need to get Pure Leverage.

  • Hmm..im still have questions but the hype of being inform about what to do,I would share with other people this value thanks Joel

  • Joe,
Your insights into this issue are indeed
interesting and certainly, worthy of further discussion in this venue. However, as an editor in a ‘previous life’ and currently as a writer, it is my opinion that there might have been some revisions prior to posting this blog.
Time permitting, I would be willing to provide such editing in the
future and if you feel that this is warranted.

You had specifically requested feedback from me, these are my suggestions, as well as my input regarding the aforementioned matter.
    Thank you and sincerely,
    M.K.

  • Hey Joel. You hit the nail right on the head with the “hype” issue. I am so glad you don’t go along with these mass hysteria and chanting meetings (You know what I’m referring to). Letting your product speak for itself in its over-delivering on the customers’ expectation is the best way to go for producing long-term results.

  • What you said is the truth because when you give customers value, you gain their trust and that is what matters in business, and in turn they will naturally publish your performance and services ether with media or their mouth, no wonder this company has been able to stand.

  • GVO and Pure Leverage is consider one of its kind online business.

  • Selling Pure Leverage system you are sure one hundred per cent commission.

  • This is an amazing sea of information I personally needed to know. I am thankful. I am a member of your team but very inactive. What you have revealed to me now has encouraged me and now I need to take steps. I am also requesting you to hold my hands in this business for i want to also now come up and do something. I am greatly moved and persuaded. Thank you.

  • The Pure Leverage tool-suite is a ridiculous high value for  an affordable price….beautiful.

  • Joel,
You have hit the Nail on the Head! I have 40+ years experience in the marketplace in the Insurance & Real Estate environments and I find this simple yet profound  strategy in marketing to be absolutely true … Under promise and Over deliver has been my “mantra” that serves my business well!

  • I am really impressed with GVO and Pure
Leverage.  The tools are great to use to help with your business and the
support and training is not only good but useful.  I like promoting this because it’s a  very good
package deal for the price.  This is a great opportunity for anyone who
    wants to improve their business.

  • Definitely the best way to go is under promise and over deliver Joel.  I have been a professional recruiter for over 20 years and that mantra served me very well there.  The Prosperity Team highly recommends and uses the Pure Leverage suite of products.

  • Providing great value is always best.  That’s one of the reasons I love this company.

  • hello, joel,i totally agree to over hype any business opportunity these days will most likely be labeled a scam.ANTHONY LEARY.

  • Joel you are a rock!  You, GVO and PURELeverage are just what the turbulent online biz world needs.  Rock on!

  • I agree that hype gets people’s attention, then what? you have to offer VALUE! if you don’t have it game over

  • Aloha .. Great article, yes there is to much hype out there and there are to many people falling for it. These ones that claim you can make $23,000 in 30 days just starting out, they are only looking to make the quick money selling their $29.95 program. I use to be one of them. I have been with Pure leverage since the start and am so excited now about my business.
    Mahalo

  • Joel, love this definition of value…building that know, like, and trust factor

  • Ii do believe you are an honest person doing what you love to do and that is make money. I think the value of the product depends on the person buying it. I also believe that a good living can be made from your product if a person has enough money to really get started in it. ( I don’t!!!)

    • jamms26 If you do not have $25 dollars you have no business trying to start a business until you do to be honest, no where in the world can you start a business for $25

  • I am impressed by the scale of the PureLeverage. Some of the best internet marketing are members of the company. The price of the whole package is quite good and worth the value and accession. And as for the “excess”  then obviously the whole team and the organization are very good.

  • Great value and not over hype………….

  • Joel,
I think the most influentual tool you used was the comparision with major popular companies like Walmart and it seems like a very effective system to use to build a sucessful businesss.

  • I certainly agree that hype is not needed with the amazing amount of value you offer, and as you stated it is already present when value is given,

  • This make a lot of sense to me.  Even though I’m a novice, its message seems to come through loud and clear.  It is yet another thing that makes me feel good about the company.  I shall continue endeavor to move upward and onward. Cheers,
    David

  • This is spot on, Joel.  I actually started in GVO before Pure Leverage was launched.  I am using GVO to host 4 websites for less than one somewhere else.  I’m no web guru so I need extra help (even with the phenomenal training videos)   The response time and help from tech support that is available is a huge asset.
I think when some people hear about the value of our Pure Leverage package @ $24.95, they are wondering “what’s the catch”.   When there is no “catch” I think they are stunned.  Being a user of the product even if it wasn’t an opportunity is key to being believable.  Rather than doing a hypie pitch to someone, simply showing them how it’s working for you and that gets them very interested in learning more.

    Cynthia

  • Joel, I agree with you. Value is much more important than hype. You do a great job here. (One concern: when you have the big recruiting calls with Joel Peterson and other type marketers, can you ask them to do the same thing as you do here? I couldn’t get less about someone’s big house or Mercedes. What would be much more credible would be to show how average people were able to build an income that allowed them to pay off their debts, save for retirement, and do things that real average people do. Since most affiliates are average people, I believe this would be more effective than hyping the big homes and cars and wealth.)

  • This is the reason your company has my undivided attention. After almost two years of Hype and misrepresentation, it has been a delight to find something real and ethical in approach and content.
My only suggestion would be to have Mark just tone the introductions down a bit on the webinars. Terry’s training is excellent and the whole program feels really good and comfortable.
What a joy to be talking to folks about a product when you know you are REALLY trying to help them!
    Keep up the good work.

  • I think your blog was great!!! I wish I could afford to do Pure Leverage, but my financial position is not good and I can’t spare the cash right now!!
You will go far with this, I am sure

  • I agree with everything you said.  I actually was one of those who came through last March.  I have signed up to be an affiliate and am counting on that to get me growing quickly.

  • Keep your promises and if u cannot deliver be honest. Believe in your product and sell it with positive truthful hype. These high end earners. What qualities do they and how does this company adapt to you

  • Joel, seems to me since I joined you have always promoted Value. Hype has always been useless to me and a big warning sign. My idea is ‘prove it to me and I’ll convert’ which I did.
I’m always learning an that is why I love Pure leverage and you staff, you offer ways to achieve using ‘value’.

  • Joel,
You hit this right on the head! I am a Prosperity Team Member and I have had nothing but great experiences with the service and support team. I actively promote GVO / PureLeverage in almost all of my own blog posts. I will only recommend products and services that I can stand behind and that I use on a daily basis. Please keep up the excellent work and keep me informed of all your updates and upcoming events.                                                                     Yours in business.                                                                                                                                      Tim Murray

  • Good Stuff Joel… Thanks for posting!
I guess the one thought that I have is that you don’t really have to “under-promise” in order to “over-deliver.” I certainly don’t think that GVO/Pure Leverage has really “under-promised” on anything. Actually, I believe you have set some pretty high expectations and then you just stay highly focused and committed to “over-delivering” on those things.
Great formula to create that positive “marketplace” hype that you speak of.
There is really no reason to over hype GVO/Pure Leverage. Let the products and services deliver the value for you. Use the products to the advantage they actually provide. I’ve paid a lot of money for similar products/services over the years… But, nobody has put them together like you have for such a reasonable price… even before any 100% commission potential.
Just my two-cents worth. Keep up the great work!
    Kevin

  • My humble opinion is when a product is based on HYPE and NOT the FACTS is this. IT is just HYPE and that’s it and nothing more. Why, because when a product has INCREDIBLE value then show the people the value and what it can do for them and then your product has REAL value instead of hyped value which always leads to BIG problems. IT will just be a question of when…. In close when ever you show someone the REAL value verses HYPED value in the END they will always appreciate you because you told them the whole TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH and gave them a REALISTIC goal to shoot for.

  • Agreed: hype has no value, but also hype close the door to Reason.

  • Hi Joel, great post and great video. Always a pleasure to see you send out some positive groove.  I just started recently with PL and although it is a bit overwhelming in the beginning there is some massive value out there, I want to thank Terry Anglin again this way for his way of bringing things to people. Any ideas on introducing other languages in to PL : dutch? french? Spanish…..I´m your man 😉

  • I believe it all good work

  • It is value in the customer more than value in the product that creates value. If the hype is from the heart and you believe it and want to help people that is very good, but if it is from the soul they it will be here today gone tomorrow. Some hype only lasts until the presentation is over. As far as evangelism goes, what people must realize is that an evangelist is created to excite people about Jesus, & when he attempt to get people excited about money or he himself gets excited about the piano player, then he has missed his calling.

  • Hi Joel.  Good post about hype.  I do agree with you that there are two type, and you described them very well!
On another point with :PL.  What is going on with the Traffic Co-op?  I purchased two shares way back when you were promoting them, and to date I haven’t seen any traffic come from them.  I have an ongoing support ticket, but all I keep getting from them is that there are some technical issues and the expect it to start soon.  I’ve been trying to get an acceptable answer/explanation since 8/23/2013.
    Thanks,
    Preston

    • PrestonHatchellhere is the stats, the co op is still running sorry it takes a while to generate 30 leads (real leads) for $20 I think I sold it too cheap
      http://screencast.com/t/409JEbfRI

      • JoelTherien PrestonHatchell Thanks for the reply Joel.  I’m am very happy with the price point, that wasn’t the intent of my question.  I was simply wanting to know if the co op is running because I have not yet seen any results.
I think you have provided great value with the co op just like all the other GR8 GVO products.

        • PrestonHatchell JoelTherien – I believe in patience Preston – I am also waiting but know what a great job Joel is doing !!

  • Off subject – I am trying to line up something big to me.  I belong to SFI and they hate a store called TrippleClicks.  What I would like to do is become what they call an ECA and sell just your services to our members.
Joel there are over 1,000,000 signed up custermors in TripleClicks –   I believe this would be a great resorce for custermors.
I would need your permission to do this and would like one landing page that does not have the income oppertunity listed on it.  SFI will not let that happen.  I need you to please give me an answer as soon as you can.

  • No problem for me, but support team, I need it

  • To me the hype is as you said above…exaggeration of the importance or benefits.  The hype wears off and the person is on to the next “hyped up” service or opportunity.  I prefer honest excitement and real value and that is what I’ve always received with GVO / Pure Leverage.  Thanks Joel.

  • I agree with your assessment 100%.  I think you have taken the correct approach with Pure Leverage.  If the product is able to produce as advertised then I think there is an inherent factoring that will motivate customers to communicate to others the benefits of the acquiring the product.

  • GVO is the real deal. I have a new Host Then Profits customer and we are building her site now. She had hosting in one company, autoresponder in another and has never been in a web conference room until today. She has a ballet instruction business so she is excited about building out her site. I did not have to hype up Host Then Profits because where else can you get all these marketing tools for $10 a month?

  • Joel, PL is not hype, but rather it is the real deal and I like that the company is so transparent. You will be the first to admit if something is not working right, but you are committed to make it right. So glad to part of this organization. Keep up the good work.

  • I am just getting set up in my Business, so to give the impression of Expert would be BS.
I did however, at a Webinar yesterday ask, “what should I subscribe to, Get Response, A Webber or GVO?  The answer from the Panel was GR, & GVO.
Now, on a lighter note, I am very impressed by your obvious efforts, both Mind & Body, just saying.

    Peggy

  • @ Barbara….we know much more about Internet Marketing now than we did in 2009 when we joined GVO.

  • Very well put and honest. Just be your self and don’t over exaggerate your product, tell it like it is! Very nice!

  • The y are definitely under promise and over deliver Joel. PL/GVO are the real deal, no hype there.

  • I completely agree with you Joel…….when you can honestly enjoy being a customer of the value that is being provided without a commission attached you have something powerful.  Once you receive the value it is pretty powerful to see the endless stream of value that you honestly do receive.

  • I am not really sure why you would send me email stating you want my opinion. I am too bold and brutal. I am not saying anything negative about what you have going. The  words written above say how walmart and other companies have made it “big” by values. That is absolutely ridiculous. Did you know employees at walmart get no benefits, not even health insurance? No bonuses nothing and if you ever call the store hopefully you can speak Spanish. It is not about value at all, it is about big and cheap. Walmart is huge with reasonable prices and that is it. Besides good stuff sells it self. There does not need to be any extra proving when it is so good and everybody wants it. With a product in a Business, not a person there are a lot of people that are wanted till you have them and realize you cannot take them back from where you got them and now the item is no longer in stock, so you are stuck with what you got.

    • formesueannonly Ok then tell Walmart to put up their prices, see if they exist in 1 year. Don’t blame Walmart, blame the consumer who demands such low prices. Solow that benefits may not be in the mix.
As example when I started in the hosting industry a one domain hosting account was $40 a month min… then guess what, it is now $5.00 or less per month in some places. Consumers caused the price drop which results in less profit for emplloyees.

  • Hello Joel,

Great video keep them coming! Every vid you have been in,
that I have viewed, has you coming off as a real person that coaches us with enthusiasm.
It is refreshing to see a genuine person in the organization talking about over
delivery, & over deliver you do & Thank You for that.

GVO, Pureleverage and let me add 7 Minute Workout goes above
and beyond expectations & benefits to help us amateurs earn some extra income
    & an online business!

  • I do not think that you are just hype, but the real deal, a no fuss and down to earth sort of product, that lets its affiliate do the hype but it needs to be controled. Keep up the good work and i’ll keep plugging it on free to list sites

  • Joel, When you have a product (as you do) that does what is promised and creates results consistently for people, then the notion of “hype” is just a description of the need to make it big enough for many to see. The typical use of “hype” (which has somewhat of an negative connotation), is changed by the value of the product, the way it is wrapped and presented.
I think it all fits well because it creates a net effect of many happy and surprised customers.
I am definitely supporting your use of hype in these instances. Sincerely, VictoriaJ /aka Victotia

  • Joel, I think you are “right on”. It’s kinda like my Grandmother used to say. “The proof of the pudding is in the eating”. If something is good, it’s good, and you don’t have to exaggerate about it for consumers to realize the value. The definition of hype is an exaggerated or extravagant claim made in advertisement about a product. The best advertisement is always “word of mouth”. It can also be the worst when the quality isn’t up to par. If you keep the value up, the “negative hype” will be, or almost be, nil. You and your company keep up the good work.

  • Hey Joel, have been with GVO for many years now, and always happy to see your presentations, webinars, videos, and email’s are down to earth, valid and real…I also hear your sincere interest in supporting your Pure Leverage Team  with the best online set of tools…:::)))

  • I still believe that you are really  what business takes not hype, if I ended up mistaking o well. I rather say at list I try then say if did try.
    sincerely
    Mulu Berhe

  • Congrats Joel 🙂

  • I think it’s the tree and his branches must be evident…

  • Hype is one of those words whose definition has evolved based on common usage. Nowadays, “hype” has become synonymous with over-exaggeration and inflation of an object’s actual value. Value is something that’s determined by each individual, based on their assessment of the cost of an item relative to the actual benefit which that item provides. When the benefits of an item far outweigh the costs associated with it, that item is then  perceived to have real VALUE, and resistance to acquiring it practically disappears.
Attempts to explain the VALUE of GVO products can be challenging, because the benefit/cost ratio is so high that people who aren’t familiar with our products can’t help thinking that we’re engaging in “hype” – exaggeration of the value – and are prone to shy away from us. Broken promises are as common in our industry as they are in politics!

I believe the best approach is one which involves your own personal experience. People will be able to sense the authenticity of your claims about GVO’s products and services because your claims are based on your own experiences (which comes across as being so much more authentic than any “canned sales copy” is able to).
Put simply, if someone wishes to engage in an online business, PureLeverage and HostThenProfit is really all they need to be up and running in short order (and into PROFIT as well, which seems to be a rarity with so many other “make money” schemes you see out there on the Web). Everything is there – you just need to USE it.

Thanks for providing such great products, services, and support! Perhaps the Federal Government could use your help in their current predicament with the Affordable Care Act! I dare say they would have gotten a lot more “bang for the buck” if they had consulted you!

  • Hi Joel & GVO Team
    Awesome online marketing tools and
easy business opportunities that pays100% commission.
    Thanks To You All
    Rick Burdo

  • Yes, I share the same sentiments of so many others that PL is a remarkable product  in the current deluge of internet business garbage out there.  It sets the bar extremely high and is proving to be a wonderful product.

  • Actually, as what they say  sharing your sentiments  to other people PL is to be remarkable in the sense that  this kind of product  presently deluge through on the line of business.  Due for being so high therefore it is proven  and consider unique kind of product. And its really one of kind.

  • Hi Joel,
There are 131 comments already and they cover anything new I’d like to add. All I can say is after years of hit-and-miss internet marketing I believe I am finally on the right track with your complete, honest, total system. Congratulations – your hard work has paid off. Stay the course!

  • What anyone says about their personal experience of a product carries a lot weight with others when they are thinking if they should invest in it.   And those that decide to join GVO and Pure Leverage will discover what others say about them are true.

  • Hype is as hype does. Promoting an opportunity and stating flatly that the offer, whatever that offer is, will be discontinued or the price will increase at a specific time and then posting the exact same offer again a week or two later with the same price and same incentive is HYPE. PureLeverage has not been guilty of that so the heavy exposure simply shows to be good marketing.

  • Joel you have what people have been needing for any business.  The value if what sells. It’s like the TV marketing they are selling a new type blender.  Then they will say if you purchse it now we will be giving away so much in bonus that is really what pulls the customer in.  They see more value on the table than “hype”.  I thank you an the Team sticking with you an to me that is great value.

  • I agree your comment is very helpful I appreciate your response
    Thank you

  • Hi Joel.
I missed the webinar tonight on blogging I was on the webinar with Dave Wood which started at 8:00 pm. The same time GVO webinar started.. My question is are the replay available immediately?

  • The value of this system becomes evident after a  newbee learns to use it. I keep learning  to use it and it keeps susprising me.

  • Hi Joel, I am a new fresh, enthusiastic member who is appreciative of the support so far.
Your blog is very powerful as usual, but what I will carry away from it more than ever is the truism-
” When you create value, the hype comes on it’s own ”
I am so impress with this blog and video that I am posting it on my site.
           Thank you very much.

  • Joel..We are tired of Hype, Hype, Hype…Being” Motivational” is another story…After trying to figure out how to make a profit online, for years, we would like to commend you & your co. for guiding the way in an honest and simplified format…without hype. Don’t drop your enthusiasm though!
It is so refreshing and very much appreciated! Thank You! (Paul And Ann)..PANDA

  • Hello Joel,
I joined PureLeverage, because your opt-in video was believeable.  I did not sense hype.
    Thank You

  • Good job. People are always looking for VALUE.

  • Joel – you are right on with “hype” and the level of expectation.  I have followed you for some time and although I have not been a loyal fan, I prefer to see what people do in the long run and you have been in it for the long run.  I appreciate your integrity and honesty and I must say, your message has remained consistent for the time I’ve known of you.  I believe you bring awesome value to the field and I look to expand my usage of your services.  Thank You!
