Anyone who makes more than 10 or more sales this month will get 75% commission on month one of the sale instead of 50%. Anyone who makes 20 or more sales will make 100% commission on month one instead of 50%

Hotconference.com: I have not been so excited about Hotconference in a long time. As you know we have had our challenges with HC stability beyond 300-400 members in one room. Thank you to all of you, during our latest beta tests we were able to SOLVE that issue 😀

Personally, I sometimes find not being able to control a video a problem. ‘Forcing’ a potential customer is not always the right thing to do.
There have been times when I sat through a 20//30 minute (or longer) video only to find it was a product I didn’t want, need or could afford. Most of the time you pretty much know within a few minutes whether it is something you want.
I feel you should always give the customer an option to go directly to your product/service.

Hi Joel & Mike, Sorry I missed the test yesterday, I would have liked to be there. Wow 500 present with stability. When I joined HC and Kiosk hosting in 2004, you have always said that you were going to make this company a place where the members/affiliates would be able to grow their business and be successful if they were willing to hang in there despite little hiccups at times..

WOW! I was fortunate to be on the BETA test yesterday and the stability of the platform was impressive especially when you consider that we kept hitting your servers with multiple sign-on and connects in waves.
I was also impressed by the performance of “GVO – Hot Conference” and seeing the quality of the stream and quick loading of the flash video and site URLs gave me complete confidence. I told my rock star friend Janet Legere that I have given my final “Go To W……” presentation today.

Once again you guys are ROCKIN!
If you’ve been around this business for any length of time, you kind of get used to crap. You start to figure that support that doesn’t respond within your liftime is the norm. You get used to the fact that no one responds to customer’s suggestions or wishes … it’s “my way or the highway”. People actually become accustomed to joining programs and then flailing around out there trying to figure things out on their own, because no one takes training seriously past using the term on a sale page.
You guys have personally reinvigorated my belief in human nature … and that’s not blowing things out of proportion. The integrity you show with your business, your committments, and your relationships with your sutomers and partners is unrivaled in the world of Internet marketing.

Hey Guys Great Improvements!Almost all my domains are moved over to GVO soon I will say goodbye to GoDaddy for good!!
One thing though, that jumped out at me…newbies may not know what height and width to use to maintain aspect ratio. Might be good to include checkboxes for standard video sizes, or a maintain aspect ratio checkbox so that if the newbie changes one number the other converts auto”magically”!

Thanks to all great new features, added to GVO. You put in so much work and create a insane value, for a low price. Dont you have energizer bunny batteries hidden somewhere? lol I mean you are very open for everyone to say their ideas and get it done.
The new gvo academy schedule in GVO backoffice is very convenient, and easier to get the times.
i just have one request can you make sort of a box where the members can put in their times zones, so it would show them the gvoacademy conference calls in their time. Since GVO is worldwide it would be come in handy for lot of people.

seems, i am anti-cyclical GVO member.
I love u and ur products
and the way u present it.
But..
But i am one of that dammed
dump chumps.
I never ever made any dime out of it.
When there is one single dowmlione member
signing in “under” me,
billing shows: 2,24$ provision,
but it is never payed,
one sie says: it´s only
potentially provision.
I did not get the point,
what is potentially and what is real?
On the other hand:
My credit card was overloaded
(with a green card lottery bill),
so EVP, Kiosk, GVO bills went back.
I went to my local bank-
no problem, extend the credit card
monthly amount-
but GVO billing every two days
failed (for 4 times).
I did not intent to do it this way.
And i could not get in to
the ticket for support,
there is a new login,
and it seems, my
email and password does not work.
So, no chance to respond to U
and clear the problem.
I am disappointed about that.
So my thinking goeas like this:
what did i make wrong,
do You have a “Black List”
to kick unsympathetic people
out of the race?
If so, why don´t You
argue and communicate this before-
it might be some technical
problem that can be solved.
Maybe i am wrong even in thinking so,
but the fact is:
My investments of 3 – 4 ooo $
since 3 years with Kisok, HC, EVP and GVO
are lost,
when You cancel me on this cold way
and my friends are angry about me.
Another matter of suffering:
my EVP list was growing continually
to over 350 now. No sign up or upgrade???
I asked some people who are in my list
and they responded on email:
“yes, we signed up, but not under U”
so, they are in other teams,
i just had the dreams..;-)
One single person then mailed
very angry:
” Why are You prospecting on MY list?”
i could show him, that he has been
on my downline and support then could not
find out, why it is.
Makes me nervous and when people
are getting angry about me and i think
it is not right, then there
is starting a fight. (.-(
I am sure, You never intended this
but sh.. may happen – it needs
a more satisfying strategy on this behalf,
to set good milestones to let
things get bigger.
When competiting with-let´s say
Telekom or AT & Bells
(where conference rooms
have been installed
one generation before!)
You need special service

and asked me to take them out of that list,
for they have got 6 (six) messages
at one time…
oh… it´s hard to
make a Beta-test software

I have a suggestion that may get you more upgrades and web hosting subscribers.
There are a lot of Hot Conference only subscribers, that could easily be encouraged to become web hosting subscribers if you included some of the great videos that are in the web hosting members areas, in the Hot Conference member’s area.
Cool – I will try to get at least 10+ signups every month from now on 🙂
..and by signing up all affiliates to Mike F’s latest tax form keeping site you will be handing out quite a large chunk of their hard earned commissions to him (deducted prior to payout as I discovered)
What do most members/affiliates make per month? – between $25 and $100? – that means the fee will be between 4-10% right?

Joel, thanks for the updates….I truly believe the simpler format on “how to” is needed, glad to see your helping. I am not a complete newbie however it was not the easist to set up cpanl etc.
I finally got it done, but would love to have the new format for people I introduce to GVO.
Joel, I think you are right at GVO about putting up a blogg, I went into the website training about putting up a website.
I usually design my own websites but decided that I could put up bloogs for people and they can login, they could also pay me (nice).
I did my first website as shown in the tutorial, it looks great and I can login at my website, its the business !!
Now I did this very quick and theres nothing much on it at moment but its looks great.
