Don’t do as I do, do as I say :D

Hi Everyone,

This next tip is not one that I follow VERY well but I know I should. I am a VERY bad marketer when it comes to this part of building confidence in your list.

Please leave me your feedback I am listening 😀

  • Building business tips is an excellent start for a blog. I really like the audio video approach. I agree that consistency is the key to building a list. This video really points out the importance of being consistent. I am looking forward to more informative content that focus on building business tips. Thank you Joel.

  • Very helpful and very honest Joel, thankyou very much.

    Kindest Regards

p.s. Joel as an internet newbie particularly when it comes to building websites. Can You recommend a good place to learn ? Infact does Kiosk walk You through setting up websites and web pages ? I’m sorry but I just have not had/made the time to find this out for myself.

  • Thanks Pat and Graham. Graham we offer a great course at http://www.atozcode.com for Kiosk members.

It certainly covers all the fundamentals. 😀

  • Hi Joel,

Excellent tips, and yes, we all fall short at times, don’t we.
I must be more patient, and not email my list too often either. But consistency is the key. Great content, followed by tips and offers that are relevant to what I write about usually help.

    Keep up the good work!

  • Joel that analogy with a TV show going out at different days and times was very powerful.

I too give good value in my emails but I have missed many of my own deadlines. I have been trying to hit twice a week regular and I maybe just need to establish once a week first!

  • It’s true that is is hard to be consistent. That is why a good tip would also be to have messages preloaded in our autoresponder for a certain amount of time ahead, so that when we can’t send an email to our list, or when we don’t have the time, or when we are too lazy(!), there is always a message that will be sent to them in the not too distant future. 🙂

    Thanks for the tips, Joel!
