This is so fun to be involed with and very exciting. I was so excited when I upgrade I don’t know if I optin crrectely for webinar inviter? I have been trying to find out by going to support talked to Enrigue Silver, who tried to put me in touch with Claudette at GVOC gave her a call could not get her on the phone, didn’t have her ext so left a voice message for her. Got her ext# them the mesaage box was full so could not get thru. Can you please let me know if signup for webinar inviter if not can you added and charge my account since I can do it over. I you don’t know what it is that you don’t know then you can’t learn and progress.
I had a period of months with my previous expensive hosting service here in Australia where my websites were not visible around the world. I spent ages on the phone to them. They eventually got serious and fixed the problem. But They couldn’t tell me what the problem had been.
I went in search of a new hosting service and I resolved that it wouldn’t necessarily be in Australia.
I found GVO.
I found the ability to contact a Live person online through the chat system very helpful. They sometimes needed to refer me to the ticket system. But between us we were able to determine what hat been my previous problem and we overcame the hassles created by a spammer using a forged email address with my domain name. An Altogether harrowing and frustrating experience.
John I am more than satisfied with the service provided by the support team and I highly recommend their efforts in dealing with a very difficult situation.

I’ve got a few tips for you.
1. If I sign up a prospect with a non-english preferred language I will get the emails about that prospect in their preferred language and quite frankly I’m rather lousy at the russian language. 😉 It would be nice to get the emails in my preferred language.
2. Now this one is on the house…
I know your proud of your non operating system approach and you should be it’s great, but since flash is “banned” by Apple wouldn’t it be cool to do an iPhone app that uses the built in canera? Than one could be really mobile and watch/hold webinars anywhere.

Let me have a few suggestions.
– The photos are best viewed (in presentation) in black or gray background, can I set it soon? what about a fullscreen mode?
– I would like to switch between presentation and show seamlesly without 10 sec break (if I record it it also has a break i guess). I would need a continous video flow and switch the window, start a presentation and continue with show.
– the accented letters, like on Hungarian keyboard are not supported fully at the chat.
– What is 4x tab? is there documentation?
– While i am offline, can I set some tutorial in the room, in old days there was some similar thing … a running presentation or browser would be fine. I would like to give the chance to try the room, try the webcam and mic and learn howtos.

Ok for full screen mode you do have that option.
When you go into those presentation modes in the
bottom part of the software you will see a small
green square. You click on this and it will open
to full screen on endusers side.
The x4 is the 1-4 full duplex. As mode you can
drag and drop members into the browser and they
will show up in video with open mic on all 4
people.
Mark Call has created a complete video series on
all features etc that are a great help.

I just wanted to say thanks for everything. This is truly inspiring and the sky is the limit with GVO Conference…what a TOOL:-)
On a seperate note can you give a bit more thought to the times of your live calls please. Now you are Global with all of those countries in the European time zones when you hold a call at 8pm EST that is 1am in the UK and 2am in the Euro time zone Russia, Germany, Portugal etc
I’d suggest you need to come back at least 4 hours to catch us all on a regular basis but ideally do something midday your time because that fits for pretty much everyone in Europe, USA and Canada.

Cracking Launch!! I look forward to promoting this with a little more gusto once the workload steadies a little. I am using gvo conferencing for as a customer service portal is it possible to get a widget for your website to let potential customers/team to see that you are online/offline, so they can click directly on that widget if they see you are online and it takes you straight to your conferencing room

Well GVO certainly got my attention until I saw the link for “A local Hooters charity for Cancer research!” Why would this prevent me from becoming a part of GVO?
Cancer research is a SCAM. Been an intensive researcher in the advanced scientific health community for over 12 years now. If you all fall for the Cancer “scare” then you will fall for anything. Cancer is real and is expected to affect 1 in every 2.5 people according to the ACA. That will be true if this nation continues to only look at the information and treatment plans promoted by the medical mainstream.

“But” I live in Australia and I work full time, my problem is when it’s 11am in the states it,s 1am here, and i need my sleep, is it possible to record the webinars so we can at least get the information after the event. Obviously for me the ideal is for you to have them at 6 am and I can then tune in at 8pm.

They do not seem to have their Hot Conferences upgraded and it was my understanding that Hot Conference users would be upgraded to the new GVOC and their downline would follow them. Yes? No?
They have apparently contacted support a number of times but nothing
has changed so far.

I heard your presentation, however I did not understand what your product does, what is the marketplace and who would be interested; individual, companies, school districts?

I think you may be confused, Gogvo.com (our hosting side) is completely seperate opportunity and product than GVOconference.com. SO you would need to pay for both if you want to take part in both products and or opportunities.

As far as i know the prospects can’t promote the opportunity if they haven’t upgraded.
But when prospects opt in, do they get some time to try it out the backoffice of GVOC?

Zac you do not have to send them anywhere…they are able to upgrade from
there free members area. You may want to give them a heads up and let them
know as well. The upgrade is found below the video play in the free members area.

Back again with a question this time and a wish list.
How come you did not include French as one of the languages.
I have two things on my wish list. First, let’s say I offer customer service in my conference room, is there a way to indicate in what order the people are arriving so that the moderator(s) can tell who is next in line?
Second, consider the situation where I rent out my conference room by the hour or schedule it for use by different groups within a membership site, can there be a way where I could schedule automatic password change for these various users and pass out the passwords ahead of time?
Third… OK, I know I said two things but this one just come to mind… like I was saying..
third, can you add an audible signal when visitors enter the conference room in case one is away from the computer or working on something else and not watching the conference room screen?

If you are speaking questions they can
click question status at the bottom of
members list. This will line them in order
for questions.

for sure.
If you are away from your PC and conference room
if you click on setting in top right corner…
You can activate a knock knock sound that will
notify you of someone logging into your room.
