Have Fun Friday’s – I was missing in action!

Hi Everyone,

Our new data center is LIVE, and 85% of our Hotconference.com VoIP servers are running out of our Texas Data center Sorry if I look kinda bad here on the blog. Surgery will do that to you 😀

Have an awesome weekend!

  • Hi everyone!

    Mike here from Joel’s blog…

Thanks a bunch for all your posts!

Joel and I are sorry for missing the last couple of BLOG’s. The last 10 day’s have been very busy and a little bit crazy to say the least.

Yes we are almost finished with the migration of all the Hotconference servers. Gino, Joel and I have actually slept at the data center for 3 nights, working day and night to try to get this wrapped up by the week end. It looks like it may take this week end to complete it.

In regards to Joel taking a 2 day holiday…LOL Just joking big guy!

All is well with Joel, he just needs to rest up. Thanks for all of your concerns.

**Joel I need 2 days off! I think I will go get my gall bladder removed, I don’t think I need it anymore.**
    C ya tonight bud!

    Mike

  • Hey Joel,

you will need a good rest soon!
Paradise would rejuvenate you BIG TIME! Consider taking a well deserved break soon! (not in the hospital)

Please pace yourself, THE WORLD NEEDS YOU!

    Warmly

Joel friend I hope that this good but that to confuse the flu with a severe appendicitis is not going to be that tomorrow will find pregnant by a sneeze Well knowing that is already out of danger, so I salute you and your family bearings, as well as equipment hotconference, and SICER am glad he recovers and Beware of the cold or the flu you can diagnose wque who knows anything. federico

  • I’m deeply touched by your commitment
to this project. You should be in bed and there you are at the center!
Congratulation on getting the center to this stage of readiness. You are definitely an inspiration! You are in my prayers and so is Mike and everyone involved, including both your family who sacrificed time with you that allowed you to pursue your dream.

  • Joel;
Glad it was you who raised the shirt to disclose the “button holes” rather than Mike. Ugh… I shudder at what that would look like.

Glad you are OK. Keep Smiling. Take a rest. Nothing is worth losing your health over.

Mike: thanks for the final resolution by Dan Paquet. Wish it could have happened a long time ago.

    Sincerely,
    Dan Lindsey

  • Get well soon Joel!

  • Hey Joel,

Iam glad you up and about so soon after your surgery. I guess you take very good care of your body and it responds very well. I know you have a lot going on with the opening of the Data Center, remember
there is only one of you, and sleep (as you already know) is a major part of your overall health. Don’t forget to delegate, delegate, delegate. we want you around for many, many more years.

Blessings to all of you in Texas.

  • Joel,

Good thing you werent on the cruise or somewhere else away from home.

  • Joel,

God speed on your recovery dude.

  • Hey Joel,

Sorry about your illness. I bet you weren’t laughing with your attack. Appendicitis is a lot more serious when the appendix goes bad as an adult. I miss your Monkey Friday’s
    but don’t laugh.

  • I’m so glad you’re well. I thought that the world financial crisis got to your company. Mike should of let us know.

  • Now, not too much ice-cream Joel,
    you haven’t had a tonsillectomy! 🙂
    Steady on the launches..umm..lunches!
Glad to hear all is progressing well, take care, Hi Mike,
    Cheers, Freda

  • Hey Joel – Greetings from Ireland!

You can always be sure when you’re under pressure some part of the body will make you slow down. Luckily it was only your appendix (with me it’s a prolapsed disc & I now require 3rd surgery in 2 years). Anyway I’m pleased to see you up and around again but by the way you’re walking I guess you are still in some degree of pain. Relax over the weekend and STAY AWAY from the data center and take everything in your stride it will all get done – maybe not as quick as you want but you still want to be around to enjoy the benefits when it’s completed my friend.

    Warm Regards
    Wilson

  • Joel – you’ve got to get into “Cloud Computing” to keep up. I just got an Amazon EC2 server up and running by myself in 45 minutes. I hear Microsoft is announcing their new big solution next week at the PDC.

    Neal

  • Hi Neal

That is EXACTLY what we are doing with Dell 😀
    Cloud computing 😀
