  • First, the word is INFRAstructure instead of INFOstructure, unless you were tring to be Funny, in which case it was. What i would like to see is products we can sell, Maybe, something that coincides with the Hot Conference. I dunno, Maybe hot T-shirts we can sell, or Something relating to HOT or CONFERENCE. Like HOT candy, or HOT shirts or something. I dunno. Something that is MORe tangible than a Conference room. Soemthing that they can use to get them to the site THEN, move the conference rooms. I dunno Just thinking out loud.

  • I cant wait until this new data center is up. Was hosting with a titanium package here at kiosk, had to cancel it today because I ABSOLUTELY HATE shared servers.

When the new data center gets up I am looking forward to getting my own dedicated box.

    SO HURRY UP!! lol.

Good job with kiosk Joel. Looking forward to finally getting some REAL web hosting.

  • Hi Joel and Mike,

Your kids did fine for the first funny Friday!!!

I am very happy about the datacenter good news!

I would love to see a super autoresponder service and cheap domains available along with our hosting packages.

    Thanks a lot

  • Take five, guys! Loved the kids! So good to see you involving your families. Makes it real.

Don’t forget the video upload process tool mentioned on Tuesday – really need that as we are having real trouble uploading to Amazon as shown in an earlier blog. Can’t seem to get an adequate response from the Amazon team.

Happy Canada Day and July 4!

  • You guys rock! And yes, you are funny. I really enjoy your video blogs. Keep them coming!

  • Hey guys you’re very…Canadian. What you’ve been putting on is so reminiscent of those Canadian TV shows – comedy types almost…lol.

    A new Online Community show!

Well Joel I’m glad you came out of that fire ant episode none the worse for wear. Hey, Mike you and Joel sure make a great media twosome. But the Kids got the edge this time. Texas mold or not!

    Happy Canada Day!

Also, to all the Americans (that means all of you at kiosk too) Happy 4th of July, Independence Day.

Thanks for the new heads up.

FYI first video was useless…second is just perfect until about 8:30 secs.

  • Hey guys,
I love the fact that you are being real. There’s absolutely nothing phony about you and what you do. I love that!

  • Great blog… seriously… haha. 🙂

Have any openings for an electrical engineer… finishing up my masters in telecommunications management this fall. Would love to move out of the DC/VA/MD area and head to San Antonio!

Seriously though… great blog. Always enjoy hearing from you guys. Cheers – Derek

  • Hi you guys reader’s n posters…. “~Joel you keep it in the family~”

… I see kiosk as one big happy family as you have just demonstrated! … it’s a fact it works better that way and it has from day one! built with the help from loyal members ideas for members to feel comfortable with the knowledge kiosk works and works well virally and continually, trust is a permanent feature as any member knows who uses any of kiosk services … so don’t worry you two guys you can tell your tired BUT the facts speak for them selves … you still can take the action when you need to and that’s what counts in any online persons business success … “ACTION” … great to see you still buzzing…

All my best to you and your ACTIONS
    Phillip Skinner

  • When I see you guys, I feel proud as punch to be Canadian. 🙂

How about adding a rotating window showing what kind of sites people host on Kiosk?

    Txs.

  • That was too funny!!! You guys should do that more often. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone in San Antonio.

  • What a great way to start my Saturday morning!

Please, no apologies necessary – of course that also is very Canadian. “How do you get a bunch of Canadians out of an outdoor pool at closing time?” … just say, “Please get out of the pool”. Response: “Oh, sorry, come on kids we have to get out now”. Just some more dry Canadian humour 🙂

The kids at the beginning – good stuff … did you have to bribe them LOL.

Really looking forward to great things happening at Kiosk. You do make us feel like part of the family and of the business. Your “down to earth and relaxed” blogs make me feel like I’m 30 again and excited to expand my business (I’m twice that age BTW).

Way to go Bob and Doug .. all you need is Red Green now … didn’t see any duct tape being used in that data centre backdrop!

Will be tuned in on Monday!
    Happy Canada Day!

    Jim

  • Just recive white space, no copy, What button am I not puhing ? Thanks

  • You guys are too much! 🙂

Brent Butt just called looking for your phone number. He wants you as guests on the Corner Gas show.

Who knows, you two just might be the next Canadian comedians to make it big in Hollywood!

    Thanks for the comedy.
    Keep em comin! Let’s Git-R-Done!

  • Type your commHey guys,

    Love your blog, entertaining…

I think that it would be an awesome idea to design a co-op advertising program for all the kiosk members to participate in.
It would be optional of course.

    The reason being is this.
I Know what I am supposed to do,
get traffic to my kiosk website.
But I don’t know exactly how to do it.
Sure google adwords, ppc whatever but that cost’s too much. The ROI wouldn’t really be there.
if you had a co-op program everyone who participated could get a good amount of targeted traffic to their kiosk referral links and start getting referrals and sign-ups.
I would love it because Then I’d have leverage and I could actually start growing my business which is what I want to do but I don’t really know how.
If you guys could seriously consider it that would be awesome.

    Thanks!

    David King,

  • Thanks for the efforts and bring the kids back for more!

Gino, check your e-mail for some ideas.

    Thanks,
    Dan

  • I am totally with You both, on the distractions bit, Keep with it all the best, Sean

  • Greetings guys!

    Not funny? Looking for writers??
Writers? You don’t need writers! You guys are great just the way you are. Don’t go all commercialized on us hiring writers and all that garbage.

You’re just 2 guys sitting down shooting the breeze with us. That’s what makes it great! I love it, and judging from the other comments posted on here, so does everyone else.

I now have 2 reasons to look forward to Fridays…
    1. it’s the end of the work week,
    2. Fun Friday blogs from Kiosk!

Keep up the great work and please don’t change a thing!

    Thanks!
    Mike
    P.S. the kids were great!

  • Hey guys,

Really glad to see the new management team has finally taken over – ha, ha!

    Great bunch of little guys.

Its definitely inspiring to see a well organised building!

Look forward to the good news coming.

    Have a good day

    My best

  • Hey Joel & Mike,

One of the future feature I would like to see added to the HC program in the near future where possible. Is to be able to offer larger video conference to the corporate world and larger organizations similar to what Oprah Winfrey is doing with Skype.

Just a side note: Every good comedian has to know his/her script, so i am suggesting that you guys prepare an agenda of what you are going to talk about. I am not saying to read a script, but to have a smother flow of your communication with us. Yes I enjoy the interaction, but you do need to know your topic before you go live. :o) I am sure more people will appreciate your Mondays business review and your fun Fridays.
Keep the light burning brightly in our Kiosk and HC world.

    NB Canada

P.S. Where is Ilona? We would like to see her in a Fun Friday Blog. I am sure our female members would like to see her keeping you guys in line. LOL

  • How about some dancing girls for us old April Fool Babies! No, I don’t mean you guys in grass skirts!

What do I need – a way to get customers! May seem an odd request but ‘it’s hard’ for us who are new to this.

    Happy Holiday To You all!

    Later,
    Bob

  • Dear Joel,
It is a wonderful experience that I have received. Great Piece of Good work. Continue to bring joy & fun to everyone who sees your KIOSK!
I am very enlightened with such a fantastic communication for humanity.
3 Great Cheers! to all making this possibility.

  • I am enjoying with KIOSK programme especially your kids online.
Fun & Joy encouraged great participation and bring excitement to all people.
Continue your great work of enthusiasm. Cheers!

  • You guys are great!!!

What id like to see is more capture pages like this. They have intergrated a fear of loss system that really helps in having people upgrade.

    http://www.mlmpros777.rejuvenatetour.com/

also an autoresponder with ready made templates would be cool

  • Hey Guys,

Wow, you guys rock! I missed the Friday Funny special. But anyone happy belated Canada and the 4th of July.

I am finishing my doctorate in hot conference. I am looking forward to my new position there managing your new professional team, little Joel and the gang. You know, the first thing I will do is dissect that hot conference baby and put in a mute button to shut up all the howlers when I have to be in more than one hole. Oh, this will be my thesis and I will successfully graduate with high honors. My graduation party will be held in my fantastic conference room HotConSectomy.

You are more spunky than you think; keep it coming!

    Cheers!

Seriously, guys, thank you for such a great job that you do for keeping hot conference as well as you do. I really appreciate all of you and the idea that was thought of to help us to promote hot conference by providing us with the 10 seat free rooms to give out; this really helps building business. Forever, thank you.

And you are right about not going public trading. Now for the data center, I got to think about that for what I would like.

  • Hey guys why don’t you talk more about building your website and how to market. I think that what people want you to do.

  • Hey Joel,

Nice to find you here mate! Keep the news coming…

    1 BIG QUESTION?

Where is the wwkiosk.com site today?

    I’m trying to get in…

    Thanks!

  • I think it would be a great boost for HC and Kiosk for Joel to do an interview w/PC Magazine, especially announcing the new datacenter and great things to come.
Sounds like things are coming along.
    To your success,
    Kathy Pop
