  • You two absolutely crack me up!

  • I need to speak to you guys, sent in the JV request. Just take a look at the site.

  • Hi guys,

Valuable and crucial information for us newbies, thanks – much to think about!

  • I am about to launch a click bank product which is going to be huge.

Unfortunately it’s not in your arena, it’s in the fat loss industry.

My product is so unique it’s going to land a fortune. I have been working with many people on a one to one basis offline and have now decided to bring it to the net. I am giving affiliates $100 per sale through their link.

Guess why it’s so unique? because it doesn’t involve dieting or excercise, in fact I can make anybody thin eating the foods they love.

Now you can see how huge this is.

When I used my 3 step system I lost 6 stones(84 lbs) in only 4 months.

The product is going into prelaunch soon, I am just polishing off and looking for partners and affiliates.

I will be using my conference room and a chain of videos as part of the product. It’s solid and will rock the fat loss industry as I have not seen anything like this online so far.

Any suggestions or help from anybody would be much appreciated as this is my first own product.

    Have a great day all

    James ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Isn’t it amazing how much some people just “expect”? Everything you guys shared is simple common sense, what a shame how much that’s missing in so many people.

    You’ve inspired me, I’ve got a great idea….wanna JV? j/k ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Keep Rockin’ it guys !!

  • You NAILED it guys!

It is ALL about TIME when you break it down!

  • Hi Joel,

I don’t think that your being mean or anything like that. Because I know about being busy. I’m an Avon Representative and I have customer’s to deal with regularly. I have a full time job, I’m married and soon to be a grandmother of 7. I’m also trying learn how to blog, network marketing/social marketing, business blog, list building you name it. You have to take out time for your family, and try to get some rest, because if not your body will shut down on you and there wont be anything you can do about it. I think your just telling the truth.

  • This is great information and comes very timely in line with what I’m doing.

Great tips on people being lazy, busy, or side tracked, and this makes total sense now when I sign in to one of my accounts to see how many affiliates actually signed up to promote my products.

“Total number of affiliates promoting your products”: “7294”

    Uhmm…. Yeah I wish.

Since there are only “10” active affiliates actually promoting and making money.

Looks like I have to do some more work and add more promo tools, and follow up etc.

Also great tips on approaching JV partners regarding going through the proper channels, and being able to answer questions such as “how much will I make per 100 visitors etc.”

Note to self: Start tracking better.

Great stuff, thank you. Keep up the Attitude! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • For the first time I saw Joel got mad.. That’s
awesome! I hope some people realize the
benefits they had on GVO. Folks that is a
good moral lesson to all of us. We should learn
to appreciate and stop being lazy, crazy, selfish
    and greedy.

    Thank’s Joel T, Mike P, Mark C, Ken H, Gerry S.

    • WOW! What can I say…
Thanks for the great post and glad to see you learn and educated
yourself with all the tools. You are now miles ahead in such a short
period of time. A big hand goes out to you my friend…awesome job!

      Have a fantastic day!
      Mike

  • Joel, no need to apologize. I think that you need to explain the process so it will simplify the steps and save time for everyone. Many do not know how it works they also want you to do the work so they can make more money.

I have a question. Since all proper requests go to the Aff. Mgr who actually makes the decision it is the AM or do you make the final decision.

  • Don’t seat it; not rude at all guys – just common sense and good business practice. Keep up the honest and good work! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Thanks Gents

Your timing was spot on. I will be looking for JV Partners very soon

All the very besst again and thank you for your advice

  • You guys are great. You don’t need to explain yourself.

Having downlines in different programs can be very time consuming with helping everyone.

I work all day every day online and still struggle to keep up with my emails from others needing help.

Most get a reply a couple of days later but it’s the best I can do.

Keep up the good work! cant wait for GVOconference ๐Ÿ™‚ I already have my pages ready to go.

You all have a great day.

    James

  • You guys ROCK. Such sound advice. Thanks again.

  • Glad to see somebody talking straight in this business. I cant believe the audacity of some people that despite how good their idea is cant take the time to do the ground work before going to a JV partner with clout. If you really want some “bigwig” to promote for you this is what you need to do. thanks guys.

  • Thanks my friends,

You guys are awesome and are absolutely GOLD. Thanks for the great tips, it will help me tremendously in the coming weeks. I’m almost finished with my first info product, and it involves GVO. So hopefully you’ll begin to see me on your radar with the beginnings of my downline.

I’m taking your advice of creating an info product as my front in like you suggest Joel.

    Thanks again my friends,

  • Fantastic post guys you hit the nail on the head here.
Time is a commodity that we cannot get back so we need
to use it wisely even more so in your positions. And you
never came across as arrogant nor did you sound crude.

What you did sound was real and truthful.

That is what I love about you guys and this wonderful
    company.

Thank you for giving us The GVO GLOW.

I am glad you like what you see. Joel and I have a long
history from going to elementary and high school together.
No BS with us. We tell it as it is! Always up front.

      Thanks for the awesome post!

  • Joel & MikeyP,

Thanks for your honesty and integrity, once again you prove what a great company this is.

Telling folks like it is may not always be easy … you do it with a professional flair.

    We appreciate you guys!

    • Hi Janet…
Well you have been with us for many years…and you
know how Joel and I work. Up front/honesty will
never go away. Thats the way we are!

      Thanks for the post!
      Mike

  • I am just now running into the same things you are talking about. I mailed for a friend, and made less than $1000 and lost the opportunity to mail for a launch that could have made me over $6000. No that I’ve placed in the Top Tens for Traffic Geyser, a launch for Filsaime, Second place for Shwan Casey, etc… I don’t have time to even register for someones affiliate program.

Every mailing has an opportunity cost, in match to your list, (unsubscribes if it’s a bad mismatch) who else with a better return could you mail for today, what product to you have of your own that you should be mailing for with 100% of the revenue dropping to your bottom line.

The best way for me to get someone else to mail is to mail for them first and make some sales. If you do well they will know who you are. You still have to do everything for them like Joel said, but that won’t be enough if you are unknown and someone known has an opportunity at the same time.

Give ’em plenty of lead time too, at least two weeks, a month or two is better, with plenty of follow up. Always include their links and log ins.

    Rick

    • Hi Rick you are so right. Going the extra mile and showing them the
you are a player and sales are made they will return the favor.
You know the game my friend! Just reading your short post I know
      you have this down.
      Awesome points as well!
      Have a great day!

      Mike

  • Thanks for the information. Everyone should get “done for you” ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Way to Go Guys…

You’re right Joel….we love all the GVOers. And we get back to all JV requests…..

It’s so important for people to understand that you were once where they were, and you care!!!

    Again…..Way to go Guys!

  • Hi Guys,
Thanks for the great insights. Better information than I have read in any eBook to date.

  • That was good sound advice. I have not JVed with anyone but plan to in the future. This will help me prepare better.

    Thank You.

  • This is a great video. By weeding out unreasonable poorly put together JV requests, this frees Joel and Mike up to give us better service. Getting a bad affiliate program hurts everybody because you waste a lot of time and money and most of all you lose any credibility.

  • If you click on the JV with Joel, you get instructions on how to reach Joel or the JV manager. (Do you have a product that you sell at least 1 copy of a day? Do you have a contact list online that is at least 5000 strong? If you do. I would love to check your product out for a true JV together. Just email me or my Joint Venture relations manager below.)

I suggest that this video playing right now be placed on the same page as the JV tab.

  • Hi Guys,

It amazes me how often people trying to run their own marketing business fail to understand that customers only buy what they want and they do not want a load of extra work. JV partners are customers and they might need extra profits but they want an easy life.

  • Too Funny!!!!!! Not crude just reality….duh!!!

  • Demands that (excuse my language) pisses you off seems like a great way to start a profitable JV partnership. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Hi Joel,
I can imagine you use about 4 hrs for creating the website and see that it is running. I can imagine you are asked to these for the asking. I do need skills to create my own.
So, forget the message I sent you earlier.
    Danny

  • Didnt sound crude at all. I mean if you Joel and MikeP would have to pay attention to every sigle JV that comes your way, you wouldnt have time for your own bussiness.Just pure guessing here – you wouldnt be where are you now for the big GVOconference launch if you would do that.

You gotta do what you gotta do.

I’m up to making some videos and uploading to easy producer.

Your blogs always are packed with lot of education stuff, which is awesome.

    Have a great weekend
