  • Good Tips today!
I want to start going with GVO – I have my site up and waiting to get my affiliate link on it.
    Let’s do it!

  • Hi guys

Any chance of the starting music being changed, it just goes through me.

    Another great information packed post.

I have the Golden Thread hosting package and I wonder if you will be replacing the Kiosk cash cannon with one for GVO.

  • Hey guys,

Given that a lot of folks do not have the latest and greatest hardware/software, how will this affect performance of hotconference – Especially if they have large groups?

I agree about the scrolling/width, being consistent and giving.

    Thanks guys,
    Bob

  • REQUEST: The one thing I would like to see in the new flash version of GVO Conference is the ability to move freely among the 5 or 7 rooms we have, not just for the moderator, but also to allow people in the main room to choose to enter another room and do so easily.

From what I remember of previous conversations, this feature was built in when you first launched, then taken out. About two years back you re-enabled it partially for your in-house support rooms.

My purpose is to enable Break-Out Sessions. I learned this from IBI-Global (now CEOSpace) an organization that helps entrepreneurs. Everyone participates in the main meeting, then people break-out into smaller groups according to interest or need. It’s a very exciting concept that people love, since they can choose to aggragate around experts who can address the needs their business has right now.

Break-Out sessions are ideal for network marketing companies like your own, where there are multiple products and a wide variety of needs. People could come to the general meeting then chose a break-out session, so they could focus on GVO Conference, or on GVO Hosting or EVP or lead generation or off-line marketing (like joining a local Chamber of Commerce to find people marketing online or wanting to), etc. Instead of scheduling multiple meetings on multiple nights, this allows for one meeting to do it all; you reach everyone & get some feedback in a short general meeting, then break into separate meetings that address the special needs of each sub-group.

For our business needs: 1)We’ll be providing a number of different services such as local Time Banks and local fellowship groups that our members establish in their own community, so we’ll need to hzve a general meeting and then break-out into separate groups to discuss the different services, learning from one another what works and what doesn’t; 2)Ours is a member-owner site and members will be involved in various collaborative projects, so we’ll need to break out into the various project groups.

I’m hoping others who read this see the benefit and will comment. This should be a feature for password protected rooms and enabled or disabled by the moderator. And since these are password protected rooms for members only, members could choose from a list of break-out rooms, click a button and instantly be in the new room.

  • Thanks for the update, and advise.
    Looking forward to promoting GVO.

  • Joei,

With regards Cloud Computing; when you were first setting up the servers in TX we heard you were offering Cloud Computing. Since Cloud Computing is a HOT topic and will bring in many more leads just by the use of the term, I’m surprised I’ve never heard another mention of it in months.

I heard a comment on one of your video blogs about issues related to some of the equipment Dell supplied and hope that Cloud Computing is still part of the GVO Hosting solution.

  • The new GVO is what I have been waiting for of the many years since I was introduced to MLM.

I simply did not fit into the cookie cutter business model. Dragging people into hotel rooms and meeting rooms “wherever”. Home demos and “You must do exactly as I do – duplication!”. The standard pitch was, “This may or may not be right for you” … and they were right … it wasn’t for me.

I was not comfortable doing “the business in a compulsory duplicable way” but was very comfortable talking to people … a born salesman – a gift of gab. 2 people or 200 – it has always been a shot of adrenalin.

Now comes GVO and MVM. As Frank Sinatra has said …

“For what is a man? What has he got?
If not himself – Then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took the blows
    And did it my way.”

GVO is providing the tools, the knowledge, training, a great team, and all so that I can do it “my way”.

This will bring a much higher success rate to many than the standard MLM .5% to 1%

    Go GVO!

  • Glad to know you guys are firing on all cylinders.

First, my dedicated server and then the easy video producer and with the use of your new autoresponder system, things are looking up.

And oh ya…the hot conference – great network marketing groups – yes?

Have a great week Joel and Mike, thanks for your attention to my needs.

    Stephen.

P.S. getting all excited about Kiosk again or shall I say GVO.

  • Hi- Thanks for the Information
    regarding eial formating.
    Its a bonus.

  • Thanks for update.

Towards end of video, you mentioned there be no different between Kiosk and GVO. What is ultimately the comp plan, 4×10 Forced Matrix or 2×10 Binary Hybrid? The number of members in a 4×10 vs 2×10 network is gargantuan, 1,398,100 vs 2,046 to be exact.

  • GVO will Rock! Looking forward the the new AR’s!

Great Tips for using the autoresponders and formatting!

  • Good information. Now could you please send me all information about the programs that I recently bought. Websites, usernames, passwords and whatever else is needed.

  • Hi!
I feel comfortable with you because you allow me to take the time I need for my work and to do my decisions. That´s trustworthy.

  • What about the paint tool.

  • HI PEOPLE

When we can use the paint tool on the Flash Room

  • Indeed it is nice to know that we are getting closer to both hosting and conferencing launches. Thanks for the update.

Question: It sounds like some people want to join right now, can’t they contact their sponsor and join in Kios and be “grandfathered” in to GVO when the change-over happens? At least they can get started.

Comment: Glad to hear that you are revamping the auto-responder and I hope it IS better or as good as Aweb.. but I sure hope it doesn’t delay the launch another year :~(

Comment: I really like Leroy Grey’s REQUEST and his suggestion on Break-Out Sessions. This is a great article and angle that we can use to help people understand the benefits of web conferencing. Great input Leroy.

Comment: Cloud Computing. Correct me if I am wrong but I think Cloud Computing is not just part of GVO Hosting but GVO Hosting IS PART THE CLOUD I agree it would be good to associate with the Buzz that Cloud Computing has.

Thanks again for the update, even one per week. Even one per week would be good and I vote for MMM or WUW.

    All the best,

    Jake McAuley

    PS I still believe.

  • Joel & Mike!

I enjoyed again the news and must say: “Boy You are doing it so well and put that much effort explaining…I take off my hat, Your atitude is excellent=> Your success is inevitable! Bravo, Marius 😉
