I think you may not have understood what we are doing. We are coming out with a new system you can SELL to put money in your pocket? We are not saying you have to buy the software if you do not have a need for it. Although based on the response I know many do have a need for it.

I gave the new HotConference Alpha a spin and I must say I’m very excited! Is there any chance I could get involved with the Beta testing? My partner has a MAC and we’d definitely be interested in giving it a try.
On a separate but related note… We’ve recently purchased an excellent URL for dedicated HC reselling. We’d like to get started on the site, but we need additional info (i.e. new HC templates, restrictions, general info, branding, etc.). As you can tell, we’re very excited about getting going with a new dedicated HC server! Any chance you could send us additional info so we can get started on our site?

I am currently created a new six level MLM project and would be very interested in your affiliate software providing you allow us to use it for free until will sign up the first 50 members. This would give me time to learn the software and build a base group before the $97.00 a month kicks in.
This question relates to the Affiliate software:
Is your Affiliate software flexible enough to tell it to pay people in an alternative currency, something like “XYZ Bucks” instead of dollars? The payout for each affiliate would still be the same in terms of numbers but I would need to change the payout from 6 dollars to 6 “XYZ Bucks”.
As part of the August launch of our 3Circles Church Community membership site we joined forces with a large organization of community minded people who created a non-barter, services exchange where people are paid with an alternative currency.
Is this doable with your affiliate script?
For the affiliate software, I recommend
this. Provide the free option that you
mentioned for 25 to 50 affiliates which
will require an upgrade at the point.
You could then use the One Time Offer
strategy for all free signups. If they
upgrade then they get features that are
not included with the free version.
If you are going to go monthly, you
may want to consider a lower price
point. There are tons of awesome
affiliate script solutions for a one
time fee. Many of them are around
$100 to $300 one time.
Will definitely check out the new HC.

Question on the data center / conference rooms. Am I correct that we will be able to purchase a dedicated server for 199.00 with 50 conference rooms loaded?
Right now as an administrator its 9.00 a room so this would be a considerable savings.
Hey Joel I just looked at the Beta HC. and I’m curious, will the new HC system contain all features of the current HC program. For us we liked most of the program except the logging in part. Especially for new people or folks that aren’t tech savvy. They always seems to have trouble which costs us business.
Also I don’t know if you thought of these type of features for the new HC, but i was on a WebEx webinar that had some cool features for the guests.
1. Auto reminders of the upcoming event.
2. Before the host joined the presentation a recording says something like, “Your host will be joining the presentation in minutes.”
3. Autoresponders were used when guests summited there info to join the webinar. Very easy for the host to keep track.
4. Most important was the one button entry into the webinar for guests. Just a thought I like your program and would love to be a part of helping to make it more effective for the client and guest.

But it seems I got left out of your e-mail list the last 3 times, including this one.
I’d like to try this system and sell it too if you don’t mind. Like I had said before, it looks really well put together but I’d like to try it out and see if it fits what I am doing before subscribing to it. However, I’m certain there are other people who would like to use this software with all the backups and updates.

Fantastic opportunity! Beta Testing is what our Team wants to do.
It appears I can only sign in as a guest. Here are the ways I want to use it –
I want to test it on my Stand alone Internet vending Machines that will not accept exe files.
I want to test it through firewalls.
I want to fill the room with 500 guests and more.
I want to be able to test it as a moderator.
I want to be able to test in Australian time zones
Is the beta testing mode compatible with all these options? Would appreciate some hints as to how I would go about all this too…

I’m paying a lot of extra money to have banners and links, etc. in my conference rooms. What happens to that? I don’t see and place for that.
I still have not been able to get through a single of your blog videos. They keep getting interrupted and then just stop. Downloading is not really an option because the files are so large. I have a download accelerator, but can’t use it because the option is not available. Can you just give us a link to the videos where we are not forced to download only as a real player file.
Note. I can and do view videos of all sorts all over the internet. This is the only site that gives me trouble.
I have been a HC/Kiosk member for several years (HC charter member).
