I think the 52 templates are awesome ! But why not translate the text into English? I can’t afford to hire a copy writer to make the text compelling. I sure don’t have that talent. So… that leaves me, and I am willing to bet a lot of people are, less likely to buy this product because of this.
I am sorry to criticise you guys. You have a TON of awesome products ! But you have to remember that not all people are genius like YOU !!!!
No problem. I’m sure that you and the GVO team do everything possible. Growing pains are expected especially with technology.

On a different topic: I have a few “wish-list” items
1. I would really love to see structured hosting reseller support. Very early on one of the affiliate pages touted the value of being a hosting reseller because GVO would handle tech support for our clients. When I asked for details on that I was told that was just placeholder text.
To really take advantage of reseller hosting we need to know exactly how tech support should be handled and it would help to have something like ModernBill to automate client signups.
2. An eCommerce solution – a shopping cart that doesn’t require expert knowledge of HTML, PHP and MySQL.
3. More structured training or maybe just written training materials.

I am very happy can say with a lot of conviction that here in GVO, he/she has the best trainers of the world am being thought those trainings went in my language (Portuguese Brazil). I could understand everything of the trainings and it would be very big in GVO, it would be a winner a Champion of Sales and the winner of BMW. bad I don’t dialogue very well Joel Therien’s INLGÊS in February.
