Mike and I have been M.I.A. but for good reason.

Joel: Hey, everybody, Joel here.

Mike: Mike here.

Joel: I know it’s been a long time since we’ve shot a blog. Yes, Mike and I
have been missing in action in the conference rooms, but it’s
for a very good reason. Buddy, you tell them.

Mike: You tell them.

Joel: No, you say I talk too much as it is.

Mike: No, it’s good. It’s good.

Joel: See? I tried. I give him the platform, I give him the place to speak,
and then he tells me to speak.

Mike: Go for it.

Joel: Oh, fine. Well, okay, we realize you guys like them nice and short.
We are growing, literally, in leaps and bounds right now. We are
working on something, Mike and I, that is going to be by far,
and this is not hype, you guys know we’re not hype guys, by far
the biggest thing that we’ve ever worked on.

Mike: We do kind of have to keep it under the radar.

Joel: Yeah. It’s something that Google’s spending billions of dollars on,
literally, and it’s really, really just changing the
marketplace. So Mike and I have been focusing on that, because
it’s going to allow you to easily and seamlessly get our
products and services into the hands of the person that’s the
most important and needs it the most, and that’s the small
business owner, the restaurant, the doctor, the lawyer, the
dentist, the mechanic.

Why is that important? Guys, I’ve always said from day one, the
long-term vitality of GVO is not based on its resellers and
affiliates, but on an end customer who just appreciates the fact
that they’re using our tools to generate revenue for their
existing business. So we’re putting a course together and
putting software and services together that will literally make
it a no-brainer for people to want to become your customers in
that local marketplace.

Mike: Well said.

Joel: Yeah?

Mike: Yeah.

Joel: Keep going then.

Mike: No. Awesome, dude. You nailed it. That’s what we’re up to.

Joel: Yeah, that’s what we’re up to. As a consequence, Mike and I have
decided we’re going to come back to blogging at least twice a
week, hopefully three times a week.

Mike: We have to pull ourselves away from the academy and conferences.

Joel: We feel guilty pulling away from the conferences.

Mike: Yes, because we truly, on Saturday mornings, we do enjoy it.

Joel: We’re working on some big, big things.

Mike: We have to put ourselves in another direction.

Joel: Now, remember, you guys are still number one. That’s why we’re
saying, hey, we could either . . . this type of communication is
sometimes better. We could be live on a Saturday call, updating
you on what we’re doing, but you may not be able to be on that
call. At least with the blogs and open communication on the blog
like two or three times a week . . .

Mike: You can watch it at your convenience.

Joel: You can watch it at your convenience. See? He’s better than me. I
don’t know why he’s not talking right now.

Mike: It’s all good.

Joel: So that’s what we’re working on, guys. It’s not that you’re not
number one. It’s not that we’re not thinking of you guys. It’s
that we are, truthfully, in the biggest growth curve that GVO
has ever seen. We see the numbers on the back end, and as such
that it’s motivating us to work on what we’re working on, to
take it even more to the next level. So we apologize for not
being on the webinars. That’s the whole reason why we’re going
to blog more, and I promise we will blog more, because you’re
number one in our eyes.

Mike: Exactly.

Joel: Anything else?

Mike: That’s good.

Joel: All right. Well, have an awesome day.

Mike: My wheels are spinning folks. Sorry, I apologize. I know he likes to
run the floor.

Joel: Oh, to shoot my mouth off.

Mike: Oh, but he does well. He does well. He covered it all.

Joel: Well, thank you. I appreciate the validation there.

Mike: You did well.

Joel: Thank you. Thank you.

Mike: You did well, bro.

Joel: All right. Have an awesome day, folks.

Mike: Take care folks.

Joel: Any questions, post on the blog.

Mike: Yes.

Joel: Bye for now.

Mike: Take care.

  • I would like to know do you all start your beginners with downlines? I’ve seen some teams offer that which works great as a proof starter but I’m looking for the right one

  • Thanks for the update guys, Don’t Forget Mom Next Weekend All!

  • I am wanting to know what we have in the works for cloud computing for sure. I would think something to help people create their own online forms would be a cool add on as well. More functionality on the blogs so they can serve as more than blogs for people that want a blog but also need a regular business website. Widgets for forms and drop down menus.

  • Sounds like you guys got it going on. Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping us in the loop.

Question for you. When I first signed up with you guys, was I supposed to get like 5 websites that you all would build? If so, then I think I still need 4 more sites built.

    Thanks,

  • Enjoyed you blog today …. happy to hear that you are committed to coming out from under your rocks several times a week to keep us informed. I think the blog communication, especially the video messages are absolutely fantastic!

  • Joel,
Thanks for your kind thoughts and words and for all you are doing, and I wish you every blessing in all your affords with your new project and blogs. However, over the last 10 years, I have worked very hard trying to get online marketing to work for me with all kinds of advertising etc. But came out in 2012 with an overall big loss!

So I changed gears, and joined a company where I don’t even need to advertise or sponsor to earn. I joined in Oct. 2011 with an amount less than $15 to to see if it could really work, and from day #1, I have earn an increasing amount every 10 days since. My last 10 day income was $516.62. So I guess I have found home! I am staying here, not going anywhere else!

    Yours truly,

    • Hi Jim, my name is Rahadi Poetranto from Indonesia. I joined GVO a month ago approximately, however I don’t know what to do. How do you make money? Will you share your knowledge to me please, thank you. I try to contact their support, but I don’t get a good reply.
I bought a domain name from NameCheap.com before I joined GVO but I got an answer from the support system that I cannot transfer my domain name. What does it mean? Is that mean that I have to buy another domain name from GVO? If you don’t mind please send me your info to my email address that is poetranto2000@yahoo.com
Further what do you suggest, how or to whom I should contact in GVO to get a better service? Thank you for your hep in this case.

    Keep up the inspiring work!

  • Thank you guys. Love hearing from you.

  • I’ve spent over 200 dollars on this site and its all for local small businesses – leasing sites and traffic – if you system really is cost effective and will help them generate traffic and real customers to their doors than I need to find out all the information you have on this program – hopefully I can combine the two systems with no problem – Roger L martin 406-534-1304 mdt

  • I prefer blogs as I have NEVER been able to attend your webminars due to time zones. I live at the other side of the planet and whenever I tried, you were never there!

  • Hello Joel and Mike

Thanks for all your help and get the good work going forward.

  • Please send update to my email esp. your new project. Thanks.

  • That is okay for your focus on special venue. I have some comments on
    your work.

Yes, you are active and focus on GVO members to get better opportunity
to launch in the market. Very good idea for new channel of enduser. I
agree with your program. Let do it. I am now getting domain to post
on your hosting service. My domain is angel-worldmusicgvo.com. I am still waiting your support team to help me finish on my file transfer.
Hope in a few days I will see my domain posted.

My domain will be good to send to the endusers like: doctors, teachers,
teens, and fans of pop songs. I am glad if you can help me get those
    endusers.

Second comment is your time table on webinar meeting. I am in BKK, Thailand. I have critical time to attend because it may be too late at
night or too early in the morning. That is my problem.

    Thanks for your attention.

  • Joel, Mike,

    Hey – like WOW!

Impressive “Bundle_O_Love” going on here @ GVO! I must have hooked in somewhere back down the line with you folks, can’t know when and where? Though very happy to be here! “All the pieces fit together” is a thought that struck me about a month ago, I even wrote it down. Your creation here will certainly do that for many.

And Joel Thank you for grabbing my attention, I know that is a real challenge. It’s like a trout pond on my side, and it’s time to feed the fish eh?

    Cheers!

  • Dear Joel,

I’m new to GVO/HostThenProfit. Good to hear the great updates.

I wish to know whether GVO has changed its Affiliate Program to unlimited members for Level 1 or is back to the previous 4X10 Hybrid Matrix Plan?

    Thanks!

    Gary

    • Hi Gary

We are going to move to unlimited on level 1 as it is helping to maximize everyone’s commissions

      • Hi Joel,

        Thanks for your feedback.

So, this would mean HTP/GVO compensation plan will not be 4X10 Matrix, so we won’t be getting anymore spilover from our sponsor and we would not be able to help our downline with spillover then?

So, there won’t be any leverage? Sorry, I’m new and I don’t understand how unlimited Level 1 would maximize everyone’s commissions.

Where can I find a new copy of the compensation plan?

        Thanks!

        • Hi Gary

In the members area if you log in here:
          https://gogvo.com/affiliates/account.php

The red text, set spillover to you can still place people anywhere you want to. That way you can still help your team as much as you want. The compensation plan will still be the exact as the diagram except no forced matrix unless you choose using that option.

I will definitely get a new comp plan diagram made. It maximizes your earning potential as now it is truly unlimited income, the more people on your first level, by far the more money you will earn long term.

I will dedicate a conference call to this as well

  • Hi, Joel,

I, too, have been MIA since Feb due to family emergency, and have to put building GVO on hold. Now I’m back I don’t know where to start. Please help! What should I do now?

    Thank you.

  • Great to see and hear you again guys!

One of the biggest difficulties I think most “beginners” face is the inability to focus (almost to the point of “tunnel vision”) on only ONE thing, and see it through to its conclusion before engaging in another. That’s typically the reason most people have such a hard time developing “multiple stream” incomes, because they find themselves busier than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest just trying to get a handle on everything they’re dealing with, until they’re finally overwhelmed by the infamous “information overload.”

Actually, that problem could apply to some extent to GVO as well – with such a diverse spread of products and services for us to promote. But the important difference is that with GVO everything is consolidated under ONE banner, working with, and through, just ONE company. Although we offer a number of diverse products and services, they all fit together to create a fully-customized marketing mechanism that can be tailored to fit practically ANY type of business.

But having said that, I believe it’s still important to focus on only ONE target market when promoting GVO’s products and services, and I’m particularly intrigued by your mentions of targeting local small businesses (which has been an area I’ve been interested in for quite some time). There are a number of reasons why local businesses are such a good target market, not the least of which being that small business owners understand the need to invest in the things that will improve their businesses if they’re going to stay in business, and they usually understand that there are no “magic bullets” – that work will be required to succeed (which they know from experience).

Our competition is already starting to go after that market (I’ve noticed a marked increase in TV ads for GoToMeeting, 1 and 1 Websites, etc), but in truth there really ISN’T any competition when you consider how GVO has put it all together! OUR mission as affiliates is to get the word out – that we represent a provider of PROFESSIONAL business services, FOR professionals, BY professionals.

I firmly believe that small business is the key to turning this lousy economy around – there’s a long history of that being true. We’re in a very strategic position to be instrumental in making that happen! Many of the small businesses of today will become the industry giants of the next generation, while at the same time many current “household brands” will fade into obscurity because they were ultimately unable to “keep up with the times.”

To my fellow affiliates, I ask you this one simple question:

In your GVO business, do you consider yourself to be an AMATEUR, or are you a PROFESSIONAL?

(Just keep in mind which of the two is PAID better…)

Thanks Joel and Mike, for letting me borrow your soapbox!

    – “Digital” Don Hill –

    • Hi Don

Alot of what mike and I have been focusing on is a more turnkey system and coaching program that focuses exclusively on the local market. I have always said that true long term residual income, as you mentioned will come from small business owners whoa re willing to invest and need to invest in their business.

I am so passionate about this because it is exactly how I got started online in 1998. I sold websites to local businesses. An incredible 80% of those businesses still host with us today, 14 years later!!

I just hope that when our new turnkey system comes out that people will use it.

You are a very wise man Don, and it is a pleasure to be working with you

      Joel

  • We would also like to state that most of those that find themselves without having health insurance are normally students, self-employed and those that are laid-off. More than half of the uninsured are under the age of Thirty five. They do not feel they are requiring health insurance because they’re young and healthy. Its income is often spent on real estate, food, along with entertainment. Lots of people that do go to work either full or part time are not made available insurance by means of their jobs so they go without as a result of rising expense of health insurance in the country. Thanks for the tips you talk about through your blog.
