I do have 2 questions.
1 – Bonus Reentry Positions.
When I place a bonus position in my matrix do all my referrals start going to that new position?
Are they split between the 2 positions?
Do I choose where they go?
How does that effect the spillover to those under my original position that don’t have this bonus position under them? No more spillover for them?
Just trying to grasp this.
2 – eResponderPro
In the KIOSK system all members regardless of package have access to the autoresponder. Will all members of GVO regardless of package have access to the new eResponder?

Ok we have already started setting up our autoresponders under the Kiosk platform…will the autoresponders along with the sequence messages and leads be seamlessly transfered over to the new GVO responder?

Very long video, but lots of information in it. Thank you so much for doing this! When I joined 2 weeks ago, I know very little about the business opportunity, but I am glad you are slowly covering everything now and answering any questions we may have. 🙂
One question I have is about the matrix. I’m actually wondering how it’s going to work when pending accounts are starting to get deleted. I want to know how is the “compression” handled in the matrix when a member gets deleted or opted out of the organization? Would we be losing existing and active downline members because of the compression because probably they would somehow fall into somebody else’s organization instead?

Question: Folks using their Kiosk referral URLs are sending people to a page that has a Reseller’s Special, featuring a $1 ONE MONTH trial. Is this special still on? All “new stuff” says 14 days. I don’t dare click on “Order Now” to see what the price is! I did that once and got enrolled (in something I knew I could not afford – just wanted to see how much it was). Is there a special price and is it still in effect?

On down, rather than “…,filled with a staff that understands…”, I’d suggest “…, staffed by people who understand…”

you said could be delivered in a few paragraphs of text and read in a few minutes. I would rather work on promoting in the time saved.
2nd issue: In spite of carefully watching the videos, I still don’t understand which exactly is the link I promote – GVO or Kiosk. You say “GVO link is the one sent to you in email”. Which email? Whose email? Are the links listed in the Kiosk back office for promoting Kiosk or GVO? I feel that to keep on with all that I’d prefer some reference – may be like Q&A and not to have to search for the relevant part of the video.
I can hardly watch the presentation. I have been more than 1 hour watching but I only reach the first 5 minutes of it.
The video is very clar but my internet connection does not support it well !

Thanks for the update and bringing on great guys. I agree that existing links (http://www.wwkiosk.com/members/HSR-216) are going to the old site – when will that change? Can we get a GVO splash page – see none in my back office? All seem to be KIOSK.
I don’t know how many people find themselves in the same position but I purchased hosting with Kiosk in mid July 2009 and at the time I believed that was what I would be getting for my $44.95 per month. Up to that point I had been using 5 different hosting companies so what I was really doing was just rationalizing/consolidating my hosting requirements.With the direct assistance of Kiosk technical staff they transferred the majority of my sites over to the Kiosk servers without a hitch.
Over the last 3-4 weeks I have come to realize just how much,much much more is on offer for that nomimal monthly fee and what great owners the company has and how much they are offering.

How do I find out what my position is within the 2X10 Forced Matrix.
What is my next best step to start to promote using a domain I have at http:www.makemoneyhelps.com which at the moment only has a “Place holder” on the index page.This is naturally hosted at Kiosk.

Hi I registered as a member yesterday here. I have registered my new domain in kiosk and forwarded my domain to kiosk.ws as per the instruction shown in the video. Now i got stuck up and do not know what to do further. I cannot access to the video conferencing as my ISProvider is blocking it. Because i live in Dubai(UAE). Can any one help me to proceed further. I just ran a test of eResponder Pro and I have a question. Will there be any html message templates? Even though I create my own, I know that there are a lot of people who may be coming from AWeber and GetResponse who have come to rely on those vendors’ templates for their newsletters/follow-up messages.
Another question is what packages will we be able to offer our hosting customers? What features will be available to them?

I just got a comment from a list member when I offered him to join my team..

I love the products that I have from you, and I also got reseller hosting BUT. . .
I don’t trust MLM and GVO from Joel. Why? because whenever I have trouble with Kiosk – and all my sites have been down again today for over 15 hours, not up yet, there is NO SUPPORT!
Nobody tells you anything,and the best place for support at Kiosk, which is the support conference room is repeatedly unmanned. That was the case today, with lots of clients there wanting to know what is going on, but no support staff to answer questions. This even though we are told constantly that the room offers 24/7 support, and despite Joel standing up and telling everyone that client satisfaction is his first priority. Unfortunately it’s just talk.
For me the test of good service is the support, one of the reasons that I like your products is the fact that you answer emails promptly – that makes me feel safe.

Hi and thank you for the updates. I have several questions. These things are quite confusing to me. I understand basically how the payment structure works – but a few details (which are important) are not clear to me. I understand direct referrals = 50% first month and then 20% on what they EARN each month after. Does this mean you get 20% of their monthly hosting payment (which would be $8.80) plus 20% of their actual earnings? I am also wondering if you can explain the matrix more? It’s hard for me to grasp how I can make 5% commissions (about $2.25) on each person who is in my downline. Then the person under me has much of the same downline and is making 5% on some of the same people who fall in their downline (and mine as well). It’s hard to understand how that works…Thanks for everything and hope you can respond to this. OH one last question Joel – is there any documentation online as to how we are to Re-enter once we have 14 direct referrals? My buddy Davin explained some of it but my concerns are if we are going to be charged for the 2nd acct if we must create a new acct each time? And will this be built into the new GVO site? Thanks again!

I have a Win-Win proposal/wish list item for GVO regarding the trial period. The $1 price is too low and simply delays income and commitment for everyone! Here’s my idea – feel free to improve it:
Instead of a $1 trial for 14 days, and having a lot of people cancel after 14 days wasting everyone’s effort, I think it would be better to SELL the first month for 1/2 price due with order (and preferably not refundable except in cases of untimely serious system crash and outage during the trial month :-). This first 1/2 month fee could then be immediately paid to the enrolling affiliate (instead of a much later payment of 1/2 of a smaller pool of the non-dropouts after the 14 day trial). In the final analysis this change would not cost GVO anything because it would be paid by the customer and GVO would not then need the 50% stimulus bonus later but it would probably significantly increase the working affiliate’s short term income which would light a huge fire of motivation for them to produce even more, plus better motivate new signups who could see immediate income on all of their sales instead of a one to two month delay to only get paid on half of their signups (due to drop out). I believe that this would provide the type of business stimulus that GVO and we all need. It would change GVO’s income proposal from one of a distant unknown gain that we can not directly control to one with an immediate payback. Which do you think would sell better to a GVO opportunity prospect? I for one would very, very much rather have a 100% cash signup stimulus in my pocket now than the hope of getting less than half as much one or two months from now, PLUS real income would stimulate me to buy more traffic and promote GVO more now, months sooner – Everybody wins!
Also, two weeks is not enough time for most to digest a new business and test all of GVO’s services but it is a short enough time to remember that you need to cancel before paying more if you do not get time to test it in the two weeks. A month provides more time to learn AND to forget (to cancel 🙂
This plan would get stimulus bonuses out faster at no cost to GVO (lower cost if you assume that the only commission you pay on the 1st month is 100% to the signer) and fund your most effective members to promote more sooner and finally, it sends the right, healthy, message to all affiliates; “Sell More, Make More, sooner…”
Please Think about it. Let’s all get (more) wealthy sooner 🙂
I am just catching up on your videos. To bridge network marketing and internet marketing, (and even local business services) in a high tech, high touch environment is valuable and interesting to me. I am hoping I can utilize this system better than I have in the past. I am learning affiliate marketing right now, and I have had experience in network marketing in the past without doing it well enough to have monetary results.
