    I don’t get it… You are saying in the video that the AR and conference are working but…

    1) We do not have an AR. we have a fixed lead system. No way of adding campaigns, creating forms, etc.
    2) The conference I see is the old GVO conference. Where is the new system?

      Hi Ely, yes like I have mentioned in the last post we are working and
      very soon the auto responder will slide over to match the GVO responder
      to be able to create multiple campaigns, forms, follow ups etc.
      It will be in play shortly and as for the conference room we have
      actually redesigned a special conference room just for PL. the interface
      and features are incredible and I just spoke with DEV team today about
      it and they have told me they need 1 more week with testing and everything.
      Believe me it will be well worth the wait.

    Thanks so much for all that you do! This is an amazing suite of tools and one of the best opportunities out there!

    I just had a couple questions for you:

    Are we going to be able to resend to our un-opens?

    Is the multiple e-responder follow up messages fixed?

    My GVO blasted three emails 80 times to my list so I am getting hate mail all day, and unsubscribes.

      We are aware of it and Im really sorry, we added 15 server nodes which then each sent the mail, and oversite on the tech team part my apologies. Still investigating to be sure it does not happen again

          Thanks for being patient, lets look at one positive thing on the multiple emails thing is .. hey our optin pages ARE converting well AND well we are hitting the inbox instead of the spam folder (Im totally kidding and just trying to laugh… 🙂 )

      Had the similar problem Adriana, sent out to my list then emails coming back with cranky stop sending to me..
      Can’t imagine the challenges you and the team are going through Joel with something so big,

        Yeah that is the only MAJOR hickup so far and it sucks, you can test test and test but without 10 000 people joining a day you don’t really know. We have shut off the automated follow up mails and will test again very carefully in the am manually

    I’m unable to get the conference software to work right. Seems like there are setting missing. I’ve sent in a few support tickets and haven’t heard back. From the instructions it appears there are options missing when I set up the meeting. Any help,would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

      Since all I have is your first name I cant help you much. YOu cant get it to work right meaning what, you cant see video? you cant log in? you cant what? Also I would need your username or ticket number to investigate pls

      Tara, i think this is a browser cache issue. I’ve had that with Chrome. Or switch to Firefox see if you can find the missing buttons.

    Is there a place in the PL area where I can put an autoresponder can put a share code in for some pre written follow up messages for one of my businesses?

      All features of the auto responder, share codes, forms will come by early next week, our thought process was to keep it simple, but people want all the features so we will give them for sure 🙂

    Hello,
    Congratulations for your great Job. Hope everything will be fixed quickly.
    Just a few matters: before the launch of PL, I had access to “autoresponder” and “video producer”.
    Now I do not find these two options and I do not have access to the Conference Room included in the LEVEL1 Marketing suite as well.

    Hi Joel & Mike,

    These are a couple of things I’ve been struggling with, I’ve issued these to the helpdesk, but I thought maybe you would have a quick answer to them:

    1. Cannot import or add a new campaign:
    Yesterday the there was a shared code field, but disabled, and today that field disappeared altogether. Also I couldn’t find the global variables.

    2. How can I merge the GVO and PL autoresponders?
    I have a basic GVO (limit = 100) and I was wondering if there was a way to merge this with the PL autoresponder (limit = 10000) and have the full functionality of the GVO responder…

    3. Video email service video and custom template upload functionality does not work:
    I tried to upload both .FLV, .WMV, and .MP4 files, but none appears in my list.

    Also I see other people’s recordings in my list.

    And the upload custom template doesn’t work either.

    Also where can I find the embedded codes for the vids…

    When I click my campaign name and update everything. All of the follow up messages are missing, and there isn’t a way to enter the share code. How to I get my follow up message from Empower back in? This is a set back.

    Hi.

    Just a couple of things you might want to look at:

    1) On the subscribers’ lists page, there is no way to “uncheck” the whole list at once.

    2) If the follow up emails require a Name, shouldn’t there be a name window on the capture page?

      Hi Michael

      the leads email series does not require a name, only the customers and above, but once they become a customer we now have their name. Our tests have shown that initial optin is MUCH higher like 100% more when we ask for an email only.

      Ill work on the check box for multiple leads

    Joel, I would like to know if GVO/ Pure Leverage is competing with
    all of us as members for sign-ups ? Seems like it and if so doesn’t that give the company an unfair advantage.

You saw my name on the leaderboards although I was thrown off now.. only because WAAAAAAAAAAY back in 1999 or so I did my own promotions and clients from way back then are still with us and upgraded to PL.com a true testimate to how long our clients stay with us 🙂

        I am not sure how I am going to swing the total $150-ish Amount for the VIP Club, but I am determined to find away to work with your inner circle Joel.

        I am blown away by the value. You had me at $10 GVO!

        Will I be able to get help with my own MLM I would like to promote with this system?

        I am looking forward to all of the training and finding ways to serve the community.

        I need a strategy to turn that $150 burden into LIFE-LONG RELIEF.

    I have a GVO conference room, 500-seat, originally with GVO conference, then later connected to my HTP account. Username: lindalane. In my PureLeverage back office I see that very same room, which is great, but I do not see the 100-seat room that comes with my PureLeverage membership. I’d really rather have 2 rooms, my 500-seat one and then another 100-seat room, rather than 100 seats added to my room. Just wondering exactly how you were doing that? I sent in a ticket, but it wasn’t answered yet. I know support must be swamped with the launch.

      Hi Stella yes right now there are 6 campaigns set by default
      4 for PL and 2 for your existing business. Now it does not
      stop here…our team is working very hard to cross our complete
      auto responder system over to PL. You will very soon be able to
      create multiple campaigns and create your own follow up messages
      etc. It is just around the corner…

    Sorry if this is stupid – I recorded a a welcome downline message (couldn’t do it on my home computer – is that a Windows 8 thing?) – saved it and everything but I don’t see it. Is it only viewable by my downline?

    In the 2 editable “my business” campaigns, is it possible to direct those autpresponders to pages in my hosted account? The editable pages are somewhat limited. Is there a way to imbed a youtube video in those editable capture pages.

    Joel and staff, I just want to say how excited I am about these products and the efficiency in which it will allow me and many others to operate our business. In any product launch of mass, there will be some hiccups, issues and challenges ie. think iphone and other tech devices… but that’s part of it. I applaud you guys efforts of communicating with all and working day and night to make things happen! God bless your efforts and let’s make plenty of money and help plenty more people with their business and lives!

    Hi Joel,
    Thanks for the informational video. Question: You mentioned that the webinars will be ready to go for this evening (Thursday) and on Saturday. However, you mentioned this is for VIP members only. Originally as a PL member at the base level lead capture pages that we were all brought to when initially opting in, it showed that (with reseller status) the tutorials and coaching would be available (at the $25.00 level). Is this no longer something you are promising. Secondly, I was told yesterday by your support team that if I did want to upgrade to VIP that I could not do so until next week because that too is something you are working on. Please advise.

      Hi Krystal,

      Thanks for the post and tonights call you will be able to attend. Also you
      can become an active VIP member and collect higher commissions by simply
      going into your PureLeverage members area and clicking to upgrade to that
      status. You will find this upgrade in the left menu of your members area!

      Hi Terry no you can join many of the live training calls.
      We will start adding training material on our suite of
      tools as well. Everything is going to be covered and
      of course recorded so you can watch at your own time
      as well.

      Next live call Opportunity overview will run tonight at
      8pm.

      Next Tuesday we will run our first live training call it will
      be an overview of our system and what it can do for you. It
