Today's blog touches on one important aspect...
...the PRE-LAUNCH of GVO conference! Yes we go into Pre Launch on Wednesday September 8th at 12pm Eastern time!!
Plus..
We made a very important change with passwords to your members area..
PCI compliance now dictates that where credit cards are stored you MUST change your password every 90 days.. AND it must consist of letters and numbers or

  CAPS letters..
Just Google PCI compliance to find out what that is! But basically if we do not comply we could get into trouble :D Or click here to read about PCI compliance

  It really is for your protection!!

Great job on keeping up to date on PCI Compliance. My wife works on that for a major corporation so I know the importance of it.

Regarding GVO Conference, do you plan to sell licenses for it to large corporations? I can see it being a real challenger to some of the other products out there in corporations today.

Joel and Mike,

I am also excited for the launch in September. Mike, I don’t recall anyone mentioning a date or cost up to this point, you have been very guarded with those details.

On another note. The workshop in San Antonio. I am really disappointed that the “FREE” workshop is now costing $97. Yes, I’m sure it’s a great deal and yes, I understand that the hotel needs numbers; however, up till now it has always been billed as free with no charges, except to help offset the cost of the party at Joel’s house. Now, if we don’t register and show up, the support desk says we will likely be turned away, and if we register and something comes up that we can’t attend, we loose our money. Seems to me there are other ways you could give the hotel numbers. This is not my idea of free, and some can’t afford to give away $97, weather for a few months or for ever. Most events and hotels will even offer a refund if notified xx days prior to the event, or charge a small “restocking/administrative” fee.

Just my thoughts.

It would be great if we can get a sneak peek demo of GVO conference, that would make it really easy to sell all its benefits. I’d been in the semiconductor industry and one of the things that they do to demonstrate one product’s superiority is to show benchmarks. If you run a side by side comparison, and GVO conference benchmarks are better than anybody else like webex, gotomeeting or web prosperity’s intuitive web conference, then GVO would really blow the doors off the competition. Of course, don’t forget on emphasizing the features and the better prices too.

Keep up the great work, GVO Team! We stand behind you.

Hate to say this but I’m a bit of a ‘Junkie’. I am and have been a member lots of organisations all of which have contributed to where I am now and where I’m going to be. In 9 years I’ve just about seen it all.

Was just on Good Morning GVO
and Keith was providing a file.
there was so much chat on where
to find the button.

Suggest colorization of the
download button to make it
easily seen. Perhaps have it
say File share? Something to
make it STAND OUT. 🙂

Hey Mike, Joel owes you a tim Horton Coffee if you can find one in Texas. Joel or someone else has it displayed clearly in the coming soon section that the Launch date is Sept. 6th. Well the 8th is my wife’s birthday. It’s a sign of good luck (hard work) because she is the best that has ever happned to me since I met her 45 years ago and we will be married for 43 years on Sept 7th.

Just a quick question. How will this new launch affect the Hot Conference founding members. Just wondering as I have not seen or heard andything in that regard. If it was mentioned or posted somewhere, I guess I missed it. I’ll be watching the hours minutes and seconds tick away until zero hour.
