What are we up to Wednesday’s – The rollout of GVO Explained

Hi Everyone!,

Wow I’m finally back and used to my Texas time zone. and man did it take some time!

I admit I started an internet business to spend most of my time with my wife and kids so I’m not much of a world traveler 😀

So being 11 hours ahead in India then coming back was a bit of a struggle on the sleeping patterns. I know, I’m a bit wimpy.

==================================
On today’s “What are we up to Wednesday’s” blog
==================================

Mike and I cover an important topic on everyone’s mind. When are we launching GVO?

Remember.. GVO will be HUGE so I hope you can agree with me that its important our full infrastructure is in place first.

Truth be told, Kiosk and Hotconference.com nearly grew themselves out of bandwidth and business before getting to Texas. So, with fine affiliates like yourself .. money and commissions won’t be the problem

I know we have one chance at this, and one only as first impressions are everything.

Believe me, I am as eager as anyone its taken me millions of dollars out of pocket and 3 years to get our infrastructure ready.

=================================
So here is the plan 😀
=================================

>> In the next 2 to 4 weeks we will start the lead building phase

During the lead building phase, Gerry Schoeder our Senior Sales Executive will have many conference calls to explain the benefits of our new ground floor opportunity.

The purpose for the 4 week lead building phase is to get people to

KNOW
LIKE
AND TRUST US!

Once the lead phase is complete, then we move on to

>> The internal pre launch phase

The internal pre launch phase will be highly commission able to you. At this point our conversions from free leads from the leads building phase to paid members should be around 25% and as high as 50%

In the internal pre launch, it is important to find the doers and shakers In other words the quality 800 pound gorillas.. quality not just quantity.

>> The Pre launch phase

This is again highly commission able, it is at this point where the quality people from the internal Pre launch get to invite “their big wig” friends to the program. then finally we move into the

>> Public Launch phase!

By this point if we did our job correctly, GVO should be close to a household name!

Have an awesome Wednesday! If you have any questions about the rollout of GVO please post them here on my blog!

  • Hi Joel

This is excellent news and I can’t wait to be part of this… And the timing can’t be more perfect for me personally.

As usual, I just know you’re going to over deliver and I’m looking forward to buying you a drink when we get on that Cruise Ship in January for helping me to create an abundant life.

    All the best,

    Phil H

  • Hi Joel and Mike,

    Thanks for the update.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Hi Mike and Joel,

It appears the “working holiday” did you a power of good, since you are looking good and refreshed -as well as getting things organised in India and the Far East.

However, at this moment let’s take a closer look at home for the launch of GVO.

I want it to be truly successful for everyone who takes action and get rewarded, so here is my (long) take on it.

    First off,

Guys look after your existing customers and affiliates first. This is the key to ongoing successful relationship building.

Whilst I appreciate that you acknowledge that mistakes were made on the Easy Video Producer launch, nonetheless, I know of several people who were more than a little pi**sed off, at that fact that simple things were overlooked.
You see, I DO NOT subscribe to the ready, fire, aim of some the “leaders” in the internet marketing community. Why? Simple really. It is a bit like having developed a new car with all the bells and whistles and trimmings, put it in the showroom, make sales etc… and then stating to the customers, “Hey, this is great except for 1 thing”. – we have not developed the key to start the engine for you – but we are working on it, and it will be ready soon. “Trust me”…. not a good approach, as I am sure you will agree, it would have been much better to have taken an extra month to develop the key, and then sell the car FULLY ready to go.

So, back to the entire Global Virtual Opportunity launch.

It is encouraging to note that you appear to have a strategy and Launch Formula already in place, but believe me on this, the launch will work SO MUCH BETTER if you really nurture your current affiliates and customers, so that they really become your fully trained and eager foot soldiers extolling the virtues of GVO to best quality “bigwigs” prospects, rather than poor quality and quantity of tyre kickers.

You only get ONE chance to create the first impression, so I agree that it is so important to get the entire infrastructure in place first.

Here is my suggestions to you to consider in order to maximise this opportunity.

1). Look after current client list, by satisfying ALL their needs, hopes and aspirations which they had when they first joined Kiosk / HC / EVP etc…

2). Outline a programme of training – both in terms of the regular conference with Gerry AND a series of DOWNLOADABLE tools such as manuals, guides, pdfs, audio, and videos SPECIFICALLY geared to the network marketing aspect of GVO. Schedule a time table for training and a time frame for pre-pre launch, pre-launch, launch, etc… AND follow up with post launch communication.

3). Clarify in as much detail as possible, what action steps need to be taken and when, what are the expected results etc… and how it is going to impact on the wider online marketing community.

4). Show transparency with your current members, by disseminating useful, pertinent information, perhaps by a closed internal conference, without divulging all your business plans, but enough to satisfy the needs and aspirations of your current membership.

5). The really successful leaders in any network marketing opportunity are surely those who look after their down line, and help them achieve their goals, so that they in turn may do the same by nurturing new prospects and clients. .e.g. you did not mention the matrix in today’s blog. Is there a 10 level deep matrix, spill over, dynamic compression etc….? Let us know all this, and then we will be able to make an informed choice, in order that we may then tailor the needs to suit all the new customers and clients which we then bring into GVO. Inform those that want to become leaders in GVO, exactly what the product is, what makes the new HC and Kiosk unique, how it is going to impact on other aspects of online businesses etc….

Outline the requirements of existing members, to qualify for GVO. Is there any further investment required? Will all your existing clients get special discounted offers, if so what are they? What are the details of the compensation plan? Etc… When will the members’ area be ready? When will we have our links live? When is the pre launch internal invite for HC and EVP members, since Kiosk members already locked in?

6). A little information is a very dangerous thing in networking. Why? It is because it allows the demons of misinformation and mistrust to flourish. Thus it is important that someone from GVO speaks to clients in a language that they understand, and will then be in a position of trust and confident enough to take action.

The above “rant” is NOT an attempt at knocking GVO. It is in fact the opposite.

From the knowledge and information I have researched thus far, I TRULY believe that GVO is going to be an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC opportunity, and I simply wanted to add my two pence worth, so that with a little extra pre planning, that this opportunity will be truly MAXIMISED, and it will be very easy for even the complete newcomer to profit and generate fresh leads for their business.

The obvious viral aspect of GVO will indeed help those in this ground floor opportunity.

However, we all need to remember the KISS principle.

Let’s all make GVO a HUGELY VIABLE and SUSTAINABLE opportunity for all.

So, it is onwards and upwards to our SHARED SUCCESS.

    Good Luck and Best Wishes

    John

I’m impressed with your communication and the design of this program.

  • Hi Joel and Mike,
Thinks looks OK,but do we need to sign up
for GVO or stay with KIOSK and HC?I think
that we need a members conference to clarify this, because you`re saying that we have to join GVO.Something is not clear. What will happen to Grandfathering?
Otherwise we are ready for pre launch.

  • Hi Joel and Mike,
I believe in Kiosk.ws, Hotconference.com gvo.com and the projects I think are excellent and range in the short, medium and long term.

A group of friends use the conference rooms for a while and I loved using them. They are right to seek testimony.

I would like to be contacted by e-mail with anyone in their customer service team who speak Spanish.
    Thank you. Gregorio.

  • I haven’t even watched the video yet, but I’m wondering how your “little guy” members like me are going to have a chance against the marketing “gorillas” I know host with Kiosk.

[By the way, what does “Allow comment box to flost next to comments”? and should it be checked when we enter a comment?]

    Karen

  • Wow, guys, I am so excited! I know what quality you ALWAYS come up with, having been in Kiosk for four years now and loving every minute of it! Let’s go, GVO!!!

Thanks again, Joel, for all you do and thanks for answering some of the questions my downline in Kiosk have had for me about GVO!

    Vikki

  • Hi Guys,
Just saw the demo of Raddatz’ N-Connects teleconferencing system. While, of course, different than a full video system, it does have some cool features and you might want to be prepared to make sure similar issues are addressed in GVO conferencing.
Let me know if you need a link to this demo.
    Look forward to the launch.
    Liz Nichols

  • Glad to see you guys back in action. Looking forward to the launch.

    Ron Outlaw

  • I will try to be patient – but it is hard. I believe this will be BIG..

    Henrik

  • HI Joel & Mike
If the guru’s are already hosting with kiosk will the not already be getting the same information as the rest of us? and if this is the case how can we get them to sign up under us?

    Richard.

  • You have created great anticipation, looking forward to the launch.

    I 2nd Liz re: Raddatz’ N-Connects

    Cheers,

    Terry Beresford

  • Thanks for the info guys and welcome back.

  • Joel/Mike,

A number of points brought up regarding Guru’s (JV’s) and approaching those that are not already Kisok hosting clients.

Will Gerry be addressing how to market the prelauch list development for people?

We want to get the word out to as many people as possible. When will we have access to promotional material?

When can we start get word out with this material?

Should be a very big launch success for GVO.

    Mike Sweeney

  • Hi Joel & Mike,
Thanks for keeping us update on your plans, and project status.
If we are an Elite member of EVP, and a long time Kiosk user well there be a special GVO sign up for use.

  • Hi guys, The black t’s are much more appealing than the pink, although Mike’s was HOT! (kidding!) Seriously, I agree with John Henry, hoping that you give us members more info as I’m sure you will. I also side with Karen in the fact that I also am a little fish in a big pond and wonder if you can give us some ‘insider trade secrets’ as existing members to help us look bigger. Great job guys!

    Joe Enderle

  • Joel and gang, I am confused as to what I am buying the GVO program or the EVR program. Could please explain? Another issue is I got 20 hits last month however it seems that no one bought into the program. How do I find out where these 20 hits came from and who are they?

  • Good Afternoon Joel and Mike,
Sorry I did not get to this until today spending time with my kids at their baseball and softball games does take precedence. I spent some time yesterday redesigning a part of my site hope to get entirely done in the next few days, I am entirely ready for G.V.O. to launch and am waiting for first phase links for lead generation keep us posted and lets get this monster rolling.

  • In the video, you mentioned that we should do video testimonials. I’m a member of Easy Video Producer and I have made a video. How do I send it?

    Where do I upload it?
Should I put it on one of the templates and send you the Link?

If so, where to I send the link?

Do I just add it here as a comment?

  • Hi Joel & Mike,
I agree with Karen ( post #7 ) and Richard ( post # 12 ). I also would like to comment on the matrix, specifically the “spillover”. I think this creates a sort of “Welfare Mentality” and many new members will just sit and wait for members to enter their downline w/out doing anything. I personally don’t believe in so-called matrices, compression…etc. All these are fancy terms, in my opinion. I DO however, believe in you guys and the GVO opportunity. I AM STILL WAITING for my Free T-shirt for being the first to leave a post on your blog, a few weeks or so, ago:)

Thanks guys and keep on keeping on!
    John
P/S…why do I keep getting a did not pass the math test message? I know how to add!

  • YES

    Thanks Joel & Mike 😉

  • Hi Joel and Mike,

Glad to see you both had a safe and successful trip to India.

Glad to hear the latest developments on GVO. Sounds like things are moving along really well. Your right to ensure that everything is in place before the launch.

The launch should be delayed if necessary. Please let us know what is likely to happen to our existing memberships.

    Look forward to hearing more

    Onwards and Upwards

  • Not sure this is the right place for this, but right now it is the only place I can find because, I cannot access the Kiosk members area and there is no one in the support room, which I guess shut down at 2:00 PM eastern even though I thought we now had 24/7 support.

So, I have always had issues with support, but am still a loyal member because I don’t need support that often.

In this case I am trying to respond to an email I received earlier today offering the the Super Reseller deal. I would like to take it up, but have many questions. Such as how does it affect my current Titanium membership and how will it integrate into the GVO launch plus several other related questions.

But, no one is home to give me answers.

    So I am appealing here.

By the way, I sent an email from the contact us link of the Kiosk home page and in the response, it indicated I could get help 24/7 and directed me to the old HC support room. Of course when you get there, it redirects you to the new support room (where there is currently no support- at between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM PDT).
    Yours truly,

PS. I see you haven’t taken me up on the placement of the “Please add” box suggestion

  • Hi,

I agree with John Henry on a lot of what he mentions. I often feel that information is not detailed enough. May of course be my personality type, but then again I think there might be many like me that want to be informed on a more detailed level.

The above is so absolutely meant to be a positive comment. I really want this to be a success.

    One more thing;

In your videos you often mention links below, but, very often, I dont find them.

Is it just me, or do you forget to put those links there after shooting the video? LOL

    Hello Joel…Hope you are well…
We met at your office about 3 years ago. I met your father with a Ex programmer of mine that was with a walker… We went to your up-stairs office or presentation room in Aylmer QC.

I have found out that Gerry Shroeder is with you in the new company and informed him I had received info from you occasionally. I would like to join with Gerry as sponsor when program is launched…I have joined him in Free Life… He is a great person.

I am working various programs and was told by Gerry that there will be many tools to help build other affiliate programs or conventional businesses.

Let me know please what is next step to join under or with Gerry …You may want to contact Gerry and ask what are his plans to help both of us and the team to be built with I believe is GVO –

Thank you for your time and look forward to reply
