What are We up to Wednesday’s – Your advice in the re launch of our hosting company!

Hi Everyone!

It is time,

On today’s blog we are really asking for your help in helping us define the “angle of attack” for the re launch of our new hosting site at GVOcom.com. What exactly do we mean?

Well for the past two years, we have gone pretty quiet with our affiliate MLM program associated with our Marketing tools and hosting company Kiosk.ws. We went quiet until now because we nearly grew ourselves out of business in Canada.

Here is the good news. Our new data center here in San Antonio is now ready for unlimited growth! So it is time to build our virtual MLM to a 100 million dollar a year company. We will do it together. I’m sure of that!

So now that we are ready, here is where we need YOUR help and advice.

Here are the angles of attack we can use depending on the target market we go after.

Target Market one and angle of attack. Existing hard core and seasoned MLMers.

This market is our favorite, as they will be the business builders. (You fall into this category as an existing Kiosk.ws or Hotconference.com member) The angle we want to take with this group on pre launch is an angle of education. If you are not sure of what we mean, we used educational videos during the pre launch of EasyVideoProducer.com and it worked very well. You can watch those videos at

>>>> http://easyvideoproducer.com/video_list_building.php

By educating people on how to MLM online they will naturally after the fact be inclined to try a virtual MLM company like GVOcom.com. By the way, I like to call MLM online MVM online, which stands for Multi Viral Marketing. I have not been to a hotel MLM meeting in 12 years, its just so much easier by using the viral power of the internet today.

So angle of attack one is by educating people how to use the power of the internet in their existing MLM business.

Angle of attack two: Using hype, using facts around how fast the internet is growing.

I personally have never been a fan of hype. I find it does not last in MLM but there is a high probability that I am not seeing a good angle of attack with this. PLEASE post your ideas on the blog.

Angle of attack three: Please post your ideas with the best angles of attack for the pre launch of Kiosk under the domain GVOcom.com

You are the road warriors, so your help in our re launch is valued dearly and will definitely mold how we do the re launch!

Thanks so much for your help!

  • Because of my past MLM experiences and who I am, I prefer forming partnerships and don’t join MLMs anymore. I now have our own business and prefer to form traditional partnerships. With that as a basis are you ready for a different paradigm? Skype me “Leutrell” or call 301 858 8455.

  • Loved the video – I like how you break it all down for us. If I am an Pro member of kiosk.ws will that transfer to GVOcom.com

  • How about sticking with “The Web Host Of The Gurus”, and get Mike Filsaime and some of the other top marketers to endorse you as before, maybe through EVP videos. This might attract new marketers that can get hosting, auto responder, and conferencing all for one low monthly price as opposed to getting them separate and paying much more. Any one just getting online will see Mike’s and the other top marketers names all over the place and just might influence them to come on board GVO.

  • Hello, Joel, it’s Bergur Isleifsson in Iceland.

This comment may not be of any practical use for your launch … I just want to say that I have never before experienced such a quality service as Kiosk provides.

I have only been your customer for a year now and I am constantly amazed on how much value you offer for the price you charge.

I personally think that is your best market “attack” … at least in the long run, because it means that I (and other satisfied customers) will constantly be recommending your service to others.

I don’t have any particular ideas on how to help with your new launch, except that I will certainly keep on recommending Kiosk (and GVDcom.com) to everyone I can reach.

Good luck with the launch and have a happy Easter.

    Bergur Isleifsson.

  • One of the biggest things in marketing your business I am told is if you help enought people succeed you will succeed as well.

Seems you are on the right track with your new video product.

Now come out with another product that helps us all market even better.

I would suggest something that helps make this all a little more automatic once it is installed. Perhaps something as simple as a few lines of code added to our servers or something we can use from our PCs’.

  • Would love to send to my 2,000 contacts, however have never had an answer to how I upload my list.

  • Hi Joel and Mike,

sorry i didn’t got the time to post every time you got a new video online, but i think i saw them all.

You are speaking from my heart and finally that is why i came to you. It ist the feeling of community. Today people are searching for a community they trust, where they get communicated the things they need for their use. In ore case internet business. I did a lot of work in the last few months, and it still is, to build this kind of community around me. The problem was i had a long list of newsletter receiver who actually didn’t read a thing. Just a few people allways come to the workshops and use telefon to speak.

So since a month or so i am filtering my old list and remove those who don’t care building a real community and intensivated the telefon contact to those wo are really interested in working together. This takes a lot of time, more as i planed (just as your moved to Texas), but finally on this base you can “rock the sky”. The real basic organisation of every networker ist the key to succes to be working on.

I love what you’re doing. It is all so true and straight from the heart. Your support is really doing a fantastic job. I use this serves a lot and i am very very happy working with you both and your team. Now the distance is still big but some time in next year or so i’ll step through your door to give handshake.

For now i still got a few months to setup my site new and create a stable basic organisation, but than i’ll rock with you…

Just go on creating those wonderful products 🙂

    Greating to your whole team

    Raymond Appels

  • Hi Joel

I think you could, as step three, offer tools for internationalization.

I would love to make some kind of partnership with GVO-Kiosk, maybe working in a Portuguese version of the sites, eventually assembling a local support staff here in Brazil.

I think your quick support answers and skilled staff are THE keys to a great business, and I’m trying to do nearly the same thing, reasonably successfully but still in a small scale – until now.

Keep the good job, good luck, thank you!

  • 1. RE prelaunch videos – Joel intro then have bullet points prepared in PP presentation style then do voice over as you address each point. (not back to audience white board approach).
    2. Emphasize large numbers of people entering internet through social media and need to educate them regarding MLM.
    3. Address the increasing number of people experiencing financial difficulties and how easy it is to enter MLM extra income process with GVO. Residual income with little extra effort.
    4. Facts aren’t hype – it’s what you attach to the facts:
4-A the increasing number of unemployed and underemployed (including graduating college seniors)
4-B the rapidly growing numbers of social media participants (Facebook over 200,000,000!!! and opportunities associated if done properly.
4-C the previous growth of Kiosk now GVO and how GVO is set up in Texas to handle the potential growth of these new entrants to the social media – internet world.
4-D Continuing Kiosks reputation for service, reliability and training with GVO.
5-E for education/training GVO is going to embark on a new effort at preparing people to effectively participate in internet growth through GVO training on its products and services. (Kiosk has emphasized the technical with the move to Texas and new data center – now it is time to emphasize the human user side and offer training programs and services
to assure new customers will be active and persistent users of GVO.)
    5. Good luck and Best Wishes – you have my continued support for your success. – Val Spangler

  • Hi Joel, personally I’m with you. I’m not keen on hype and prefer value for money and service. It is usually slower but ultimately worthwhile. I can see you’ve been working to a consistent plan and I think you should keep on doing it.

I’ve been unable to do much for the last six months because of family issues that are now resolved and I’m just starting to get back to my websites and have a lot to catch up.

I agree with Val Spangler’s comments.

Focus on the positive things you offer and push the benefits for the customer. Be systematic in the approach and follow through.

  • I have to run to my boxing class at our local YMCA, but I want to take a moment and tell you I like the direction you are going.

I for one like the opportunity to have exponential growth in my income which is what network marketing provides, however currently my company will not pay our leadership bonus (which can be substantial) if we belong to another network marketing company. The reason of course is the very thing you mentioned at the beginning of this video – focus. Humans can effectively only focus on one thing at a time and because of the nature of downlines belonging to many people in the downline it is not (in my opinion) to introduce someone in my downline who I did not personally sponsor to another network marketing company regardless of how good it is, IT or some other product.

I will write more when I return from my boxing class.

  • I left out the word ethical in this statement, “it is not (in my opinion) to” in my last comment.

    Duane

  • Hi Joel & Mike,
As a warning, this post my be a bit wordy/long since I’ve alot to say.
So i apologize for it’s length, in advance.
First; As someone who believes wholeheartedly in MLM or better yet, MVM,
but who is a bit Techno-challenged, I suggest Simplicity and Duplicatability (is that even a word:).
I love your company, it’s products and all, but until today, I did not know that there is an autoresponder with the account. You guys are great as is your support ( the couple times I’ve used it )though ,myself, I’d prefer phone support as this is easier for me and I would think also for newer entrants into the market.

I have been looking for hosting for a few months now, and am very confused as to which company to use. I had it down to Kiosk ( GVO )and 1 or 2 others, but never made the decision, due to my not understanding some terms and exactly what I’d get and what I needed for my particular goals.
EVP is also awesome, however, I could not figure opuit how to use the AR even though I watched the video a few times. I kinda got frustrated and discouraged that I was unable to contact my referrals thru that system.
Therefore, I’d suggest maybe a training video ( on everything, not just EVP ) with more precise detail and SLOWER speaking, as if talking to a complete techno-idiot as many of us may find it a bit confusing and hard to understand, thereby, giving up on it and looking for something else much easier to use.
Maybe a service at a small fee, to do it for us so that we can at least get started and THEN take the needed time to learn how to do it.

I also think that with the “Forced Matrix” comp. plan, ( if I’m correct )
that this type of plan will give “spillover” which gives many a sorta
“welfare” mindset in that they won’t do anything but yet expect to get referrals via their upline. I suggest taking the forced matrix out and just compensating those who do refer and actually get referrals under them. Why compensate people who are doing NOTHING for your company?
It’s my belief, that the reason MLM has a bad name, is due to the way most MLM companies, have their comp. plan setup. Not to mention the “Out clause” they usually have in their TOS which simply means they can legally just stop paying you for whatever reason they can find.Thats another subject, anyway.

Simplicity, Duplication, NO HYPE, unless it is a Fact. Keep speaking honestly from the heart and just help others to succeed ( as I believe you truly want to ) and the customers will see the value and integrity of you guys and GVO as a whole. I hope I made some sense, as I am not a writer but I do speak what I feel and think
( and sometimes know:). Thanks guys!

  • MLM just means a payment structure going levels deep, nothing else.

The quality of product is still the most important second is support and finally personal contact. If any one of the legs in this three legged stool are weak the stool will not support anything put on it.

  • Dear Joel,
I absolutely believe you have hit the nail on the head!!!! We truely are in MVM as we go forward with using the internet. I agree let the MLM scared folks stay away… besides you cannot help everyone….
Keep up on the track you are on… my head is spinning now with your concept of MVM… this is soooooo cool!

  • I’ve been a Kiosk member for years and am delighted GVO will launch soon.

I’m sure you’ll provide splash pages and text for emails to be sent out.

Adjusting the compensation plan will be fine because those of us who love you guys and the company want you to prosper and grow as you help us to prosper.

Informational videos certainly seems to be the way to go now that so many people (including me at long last) have computers who can run them.

Thanks for all you do to help us succeed.
    -John Kespert

    • Hi John,
All I can say is wow just wait until you see what is in store…
Going to be awesome in many ways…
As we get closer to pre launch you will see what I mean.

Thanks for the post and have a great day!

      Mike

  • Wow, MVM clicked..that sounds like a great BUZZ word (initials).

I agree affiliate target is market AND build toward SUPPORT of those affiliates for newbie growth, tools that are part of the SYSTEM (=MVM system) and staged to be grown into with the capacity to reach a business volume the likes of those who are realizing huge cash flow.

I see you have your plate already full and those ideas and already-in-place tools plugged in heading in a direction greater than you talked to in this blog.

Bottom line is, that for me you are heading in my direction and I want to get on your BUS 🙂

P.S. Mike you are awesome (boss) in this one 🙂

    • Hi Erwin,
Thanks for the P.S… Joel kinda keeps who the real boss is under his hat! hehe
We are heading in a fantastic direction, and getting all into place to make it as
easy as possible for members to put big dollars into there pockets.
We are working on everything from new members area to compensation plan.
We will keep you posted on all the new goodies coming into play.

Thanks a bunch for your post and have a wonderful day!

      Mike

  • Hi All!

I am currently “new” to internet marketing and am not a member of Kiosk but am interested in finding out more….

I was introduced to MLM back in the 90’s and it was the worst experience ever! We were filled with a bunch of lies and told (trained) to lie to others. This does not go over well with ethical people such as myself. For this reason, I vowed NEVER to be apart of MLM again!

With that being said – I would need a company to provide real “training” and “support” as well as a “successful” business model. If I can’t make any money with it, I can’t sell it to people.

There should be an easy compensation plan that allows for success. How many obvious broke sales people have convinced you to purchase their products?

    Just my two cents…

    Shan Beach

    • Hi Shan,
You are absolutely correct and we will never opperate in that way ever!
We have been online for a great amount of time and our Products and
services stand alone. without a great system in place you have nothing
and will fade out rather quickly.
If you like I can call you and let you know the direction we are headed
with our systems and compensation plans.
You can contact me at mikep@gvocom.com

Thanks for your post and have an awesome day!

      Mike

  • Type your comment here.Hi I’m new to your site.I see Kiosk is/was in GDI and now your switching to .com.What is wrong with using .ws? I ask because I am a member of GDI.

    • Hi David,
Kiosk has been in the hosting industry for well over 10 years now. We are our own
web host that own and opperate everything under the same roof. No middle man with
Kiosk. Kiosk has never been part of GDI. We are our own company.

      Thanks for the post,
      Mike

  • I see the vision here and love the direction.

Just wondering if you are going to have EVP like animoto.com for those that cannot always do personal video for time constraints.
    Tamara Grant

  • Joel,
I don’t know too much about these things yet, but I am learning. I like your first choice, but I don’t know if I qualify as seasoned MLMer. I also agree with comment #9 written by Val Spangler. I hope that helped. Have a great day. See you guys later. Jean Baron

    • Hi Jean,
Nothing wrong with learning…we learn and educate ourselves
everyday. We will soon have our classes up and running soon.
They are a great added source for learning and education.

      Thanks for the post,
      Mike

  • Joel… a few comments/questions about the new Flash Version of HC from todays session and my own use.

~ Will the “Record” function be added back to the Moderator Tools?

~ Will the “Record” function be able to record the chat and screen also?

~ The “Smilies” end up all over the place… small gliche

~ Private Message – Will this be added back to the Flash Version?

~ Streaming delay in Presentation Mode… or during chats with more than 20 people… lips don’t match voice… lol.

~ Have you heard of “Web Prosperity” – competing technology… some interesting features to maybe consider for the new HC?

~ Will Speakers be able to offer a picture when video is off so the blank screen is not showing?

~ Kiosk/GVOcom.com – SIMPLIFY tools and info too. Back end user interface is so confusing, hard to even get the time to know what I have.

~ FYI your e-mails often end up in my SPAM filter… is this something you can address from your end? I wonder how many others aren’t getting the emails? Thought you might want to know.

Hope that these comments and questions have some value… thanks for doing such a great job!

    • Hi Steve,
      In regards to your questions…
      * record feature will be in place as it is still being tested and will record audio and screen.
      * Smilies will be placed in the right locations
      * Private message will also be in place right now there is an audio 1-1 private chat
full audio and video. You can test out when logged in as moderator with a guest.
      * the streaming delay seems to conflict when people continue to text chat…our team is
      looking at this as well.
      * Picture in place of video as well…just that the big things they want to nail out first
New GVO host and conferencing will have an awesome new members area with video
      walk throughs etc.
      * thanks for the heads up on the mailing…

      Hope that this helps some!
      Have a great day!

      Mike

  • Congrats on kiosk but Still have been trying to get info regarding reselling hotconference but can’t seem to get any answers and have wasted several hours trying…meanwhile I’m paying for product that’s not really totally functional and certainly not resellable given competing products feature sets and price points…still no word on the whiteboard feature for hotconference…plenty of other products have it but no mention at all from you guys…shouldn’t be hard to clone it…no word on an invite feature…having ready to buy clients and keeping them on hold is not a good business model when easily accessible alternatives exist. Someone please contact me…onelessworry@yahoo.com

    • Hi Ski,
Our Flash team are working on the white board feature…
inviter etc. No Joel and i are also working on a turnkey
reselling module that will have all set up for you. we
are looking at having a quick easy step with one click
reseller status is auto set up etc. We hope to have in place
      soon.

      Thanks for your post,
      Mike

  • Hi I was a member of kiosk and hc a few yrs ago but I found recuiting be my downfall that why I had to quit k and hc. Even now I have trouble there are people who can recuit and there are people like me who struggle even with EVP couldn’t recuit. Is there anyway of creating a fairer system because it like anything the ones that have keep getting the ones that dont always get left behind. I only ever found one program I got signups but I paid monthly fee to get them from the company as they did recuiting. I managed to get over three hundred signups but the admin was dishonest so had to quit and was making nice income. So I really like to get in but afraid of just wasting money again for no return.

    Thank you

    • Hi Annette,
We will be making Kiosk and hotconference very turn key, to make
recruit a passtime word. we know as well by offering training classes
once again it will help a great deal.

Please stand by as we will keep updating everyone on the new changes
and fixes etc. As we get closer to pre launch it will give you a better idea
      where we are headed.

Thanks for your post and have a great day!

  • We are new Elite Members and would like to know the best way we can use your services to promote our Homeowner Do It YourSelf Loan Modification e-Course and Loan Modification Software http://www.ModSoftKit.com

In addition to our promoting our comprehensive e-course and exclusive software, we would like to know how to best use your auto responder system to offer our homeowner clients your income opportunity to help them in getting back on track financially.

    Thank you,
    info@ModSoftKit.com

  • Hi Joel & Mike
    a few questions…
    1) Are we going (kiosk members) to be automatically in the new GVOcom System?
    2) Are you planning to make us upgrade once again to access GVOcom?
    3) Do you plan to regroup all the commission sources (EVP, Hot Conference, GVO, Kiosk) under one unique affiliate program like GVOcom?

Could you tell us more about how you are going to structure your system?

    Thank you.
    Marc Sibille

  • Joel,
I am glad that I have the opprotunity to be a part of this big launch. What I have seen in practice is the hype associated with new star ups, its usually the next biggest thing online -this kind of hype is okay, since nobody knows how big its going to be and moreso, the goal is to make the launch as big as we can ever get it.
In the pre-launch stage, use big nsmes that may be associated with the company as a pull for most of their followers.
I agree with you that the education video is a good way to gain people’s trust, as long as they are being provided quality information that they may not have known before in the education video. Just a couple of new things(twist) will do that.
Also, it will be nice to get a survey from those people about their struggles with their current MLM business that they will need help with. Then supply the answer or solution through GVO as a business that meets their need.
Let’s blow the horn so loud during pre-launch tha almost everybody online will know about it.

  • Hi Joel

As a marketer I’m always nervous about a brand change – it’s so easy to just disappear from the market place! I don’t know about other members, but the GVO ‘umbrella’ name was unknown to me until recently and I’ve been a Kiosk member for almost two years now.

As an example of potential problems: I was auditing my PayPal account a couple of days ago and cancelling out of date subscriptions. I was also doing it in a hurry – as usual 🙂

I came across a subscription I did not recognise and figured it to be one of these ‘forced continuity’ jobs, so I cancelled it.

Next thing I know, my Easy Video Producer account got suspended – yes, the subscription was to ‘Global Virtual Opportunities’ – who the hell are they? Well now I know!

See what I mean about branding!

Now, I’m a fully paid up (for a year) Elite founder member and my subscription is not due for another year, yet my account is suspended and I can’t log in.

Why am I mentioning this here?

    1. It answers your question in this post quite well I think.

    2. The both EVP log in page and the email that informed me of account suspension failed to give me any means of contacting you to sort the problem out. The email said if there is a problem let us know – I replied to the email but it bounced. The log in page said contact Easy Video Producer Support – no contact address was given and I can’t log in to raise a ticket. I sent an email to support@easyvideoproducer.com (a reasonable guess I thought) but have received no reply, not even an autoresponder response.

You guys really have to be careful about your communication, there is a confusing amount of it but it ain’t ‘joined up’!

I don’t expect all of this to end up on the blog, but please pass username johnkirk to the support staff and get me switched back on – then I can continue my discussion as to why my account is registering clicks but not sign-ups and my prospects are getting a No Sponsor message when they sign up!

I’ve still got 30 days of money back guarantee on EVP and my Kiosk subscription is due in May – and I have to say I’m wavering!

  • I like the new conference version, can’t wait. As reseller I have a couple of rooms sold to customers. When/how can we test the flash version?
With private branding, can we have link to the flashrooms without showing “hotconference”?
Will there be any limits for number of guests in the room in Show mode and when showing video of the current speaker?

With tutorials and videos showing how to use the responders and all other tools it will be even better. So far it has been difficult to find information easy to understand about what it is and how it works. Whit all the pieces in place we will have all the tools we need for better business, looking forward!

  • Great video guys. Thanks for all the great things you’ll be providing us.

Those of us with a Kiosk affiliate site, will it be changed to QVO?

Here is the site I have through EVP:
    http://www.thehostingspecialist.com

I’ve also have http://www.websitehostingspecial.com that I put up last year, but is show QVO. Are planning on changing it?

  • While in conference and your talking about transition to GVO I was wondering if the (sub domain)hosting site I bought promoting KIOSK would be considered in that cosmetics?

  • As part of the promotion, you should reinstitute the online training that made Kiosk and HC such great programs in the early days. All the great features that are include really mean very little if one does not know how to use them. Basic training via online training conferences not only provides the skill and builds confidence in the user/member, but it also creates that all important sense of community. A blog is fine, but it is not participatory. In other words, bring back Chet Hastings!

  • Hi Bengt Nilsson,
Here is a generic flash room slide show on setting up the mod controls and using the room.
    http://demo-tutor.com/flash-mod/

Go thru the 70 slides and see if this helps you. You may link or give the url to others if this helps.

    Thanks and cu later,

  • Great comments and suggestions! What a team you have assembled here! I heard a lot of people asking how they can get involved without a sponsor and thought it might be a good idea to offer current members a position in a rotator that you can send un-sponsored people to. If you charge a fee to anyone who wants a position (limited to so many I suppose) it would attract only the most serious people who would tend to be good sponsors for these new people. It would also show off the rotator script, another great tool we have included in our membership.

Its great to be back! Keep up the good work and thanks for addressing sponsorship integrity. Cookies would be very helpful to your programmers I bet.

    Sincerely,

    Jake McAuley

  • I understood that you and we are or will be focusing GVO on being a marketing tools company not just hosting but a “Marketing tools plus hosting” –

In a way this could justify the price of the hosting packages compared to the prices of our competition – but – My point on that matter is that we need to have a better performance and features rich autoresponder to be near the competitors like getresponse or aweber.

Otherwise the marketer ” our clients” could feel the need to take another autoresponder besides paying the kiosk or GVO package.

The angle of attack in my opinion – wich ever nice words you can put in a landing page – is to give the entrepeneurs market ” the best tools we can offer for the best price they can find, so they do not have to look for another company to fill their online marketing needs:

    Domain registering
    Hosting package
    Autoresponder
    Easy to use Videomarketing tools”

It is difficult to explaing in a small post the whole idea but in a way that is the main of my point Joel and Mike, and if you would like to reach me and talk you know I am always willing to participate.

    Hope this helps !

    Fernanda

  • I’m fairly new to network marketing and MLM’s as a whole. I’ve been in IT for over 17 years but I’m stagnate in my current position. Stuck to hardware, OS and Networking on classified networks. Which isn’t a bad gig I just am interested in doing more, and would prefer to be my own boss this time.

So I guess I’m in the “need to learn right now group” since I may understand the technology behind the scenes, I haven’t a clue how to do the marketing and business building side of things.

  • Well I figure I should put in my 2 cents worth, (CDN cents.. not worth much) BUT I have to agree 100% with post #38, I’ve been with KIOSK since 03 and HC 04 and online forever (1995) and I just don’t get it, you’ve spent years building and BRANDING KIOSK, why would you even think of changing it. There’s nothing wrong with the name KIOSK, it’s a known and trusted name…

As for the flash HC, personally don’t get that either. It might work for users other then PC’s but the original software works way better and I think you should be developing more features for it, like the phone option you were going to add before, or an alert button to let you know someone is in your room, etc… And I also agree 100% with post #42: Bring back Chet, he does an excellent job, and lets not forget that he’s very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and an all round great person.. BUT not in the flash room, the software version works WAY better even on dial-up.

I also don’t know why you stopped using it for support, if you had a problem, log-in, talk with one of your awesome support team, problem solved.

Video’s…. what can I say, they are a great tool for those on high speed but leaving us poor saps on dial-up in the dark. Would be nice to know what’s happening. No clue.

Ok, I’m sure there’s a few things I’ve missed and probably more then 2 cents (USD) worth, but it’s my CDN dime eh!

P.S. How’s the weather down there?

    Take care,
    Al

  • Hi Mike/Joel,

Enjoyed the video and update. Lots of comments on this and good ones at that.

Mike, I’ve read some of your replies and happy to hear there will be some “turnkey” features to help people get going.

Not a fan of hype and good to hear the new look for GVOcom and HC will not come across that way. I think your products offer real value.

Where MLM fails as an industry is people looking for an income or business opportunity do not know how to market. Typical marketing is getting to hotel or home meetings like you mentioned. Or, everybody is a possible business partner!

Far from the truth, not everyone wants to be a business person or seek a business opportunity.

But, some may still have a need for your product.

So, I think it’s important to offer your products to Customers or Business Opportunity seekers.

The challenges all of us face are this:
Technical – how to use GVO products, conferencing, hosting, create a site, video etc..

Marketing Tools – how to promote and market on the internet to identify the people suffering the “pain” or frustrations that GVO products offer solutions.

Not sure how much the Turnkey will help or address these. Possibly some of the training you’ve mentioned.

P.S. the community feeling is an important value not to be overlooked. Will there be a possibility of weekly Technical and Marketing conference meetings?

Looking forward to the Re-launch of both products.

  • Teaching & educating people how to use the product, create some videos on kiosk use.I only use simple hosting and websites, would like to use kiosk but am not confident.
Everybody wants their own website, they would join if there was a step by step education process to create your website and hosting.
these blogs are great as they build your relationship with people.people want to belong.

  • I think you are right on the money that the experienced marketers who have not succeed yet is a great target market. There are a lot of them, and they need help, and they are not committed yet to one host company, and they need related services such as conferencing and blog development.

Also agree that simplicity and quality control are key. I have had problems in the past with Kiosk and other hosts trying to understand what the heck the tech is telling me to do. But I know that this is something you have worked on and will continue to see as priority while many other hosting services just don’t get it.

Make it very clear to differentiate yourselves from Hostgator and other sites out there– especially value added services and you really understand online marketers and their needs.

I agree that making it a community effort is very unique and builds loyalty. I wouldn’t miss a blog post and I appreciate the opportunity to comment and participate.

    Great plan guys!
